Thursday evening, he sent me an email letting me know he didn't forget about me and asked for my patience, saying he would get me a quote by Friday evening. Well, its now Monday evening and guess what...he forgot about me. No email, no quote. I guess this agency has so much business that they really don't need any new business. Their business mission statement says "services that exceed client expectations." My suggestion is to look elsewhere!

From the start Alexia was attentive to my needs, competitive with her quotes for both our home and auto policies and most importantly not pushy or aggressive at all. She was a pleasure to do business with and she was very knowledgeable and knew the answers to all of my questions, some were tricky too! Overall, I would highly recommend Alexia at State Farm. The best part was that she was able to get me more coverage on my new auto and home policies with higher coverage amounts and I even ended up saving a little bit of money annually! Alexia is great and she is a big asset to have working at State Farm!

I was told that State Farm doesn't insure coastal properties, but I had the most wonderful and informative conversation with one of their agents (Terri or Bonnie?). Even though I wasn't insured with SF, she told me where to find potential information in my current policy that could save me money, and what specific terms to look for / ask for when calling for quotes. She even called me back after we spoke the first time to bring up more information that might be relevant to my search. I wish SF insured O.C. houses, as I would love to be able to have this friendly, knowledgable staff to support me.
