I was told that State Farm doesn't insure coastal properties, but I had the most wonderful and informative conversation with one of their agents (Terri or Bonnie?). She even called me back after we spoke the first time to bring up more information that might be relevant to my search. I wish SF insured O.C. houses, as I would love to be able to have this friendly, knowledgable staff to support me.
