Promised he wouldn't do me wrong as he watched me be disappointed with my exterior paint color choice I was having done when he came by. After a few texts back and forth we scheduled install for June 25th. His guys show up about an hour late, which I didn't mind and they start doing the work. Javier shows up a little while later and says his manufacturer ran out of the regular(silver) leaf guard and he was going to use an upgraded (black) leaf guard on what he was short. He told me it wouldn't be noticeable and you wouldn't be able to tell. We also have a seam in one of the gutters by the back door that isn't sealed properly. Guess what, it sticks out like a sore thumb!! I have reached out to him several times over the past month to see when he could come fix it. I was lucky and talked to him twice and he promised he would come fix it. All texts and voicemails have gone unanswered. Bottom line, we just want it fixed. I don't want to leave negative reviews just to get his attention. It has been 5 weeks since install and I believe we've been patient enough.

One of our gutters ripped off and was dangling. Immediately reached out and it took about 2 1/2 months for them to respond to me. But they finally did and they came out to help fix the downed gutter. Now one of my other gutters is leaking and you can see the gutter guards are hanging off the edge. I reached out asking for help two months ago asking for help and multiple times since. Finally texted from a different phone and got a response... Y'all need to make this right and come out and help fix these gutter guards you installed. Superior convinced me that they had the right cleaning solutions to clean my brick without harming it. And the price seemed reasonable. So I gave them a chance and couldn't be happier that I did. The brick (and the rest of the house) is clean and probably looks like it did when it was built in 1955. They were very professional while they were working. And nothing they did harmed my landscape.
