TJ was the technician was on time and worked professionally we had a few hiccups but he knew what to do. TJ was friendly with our Sasha as well she felt protective at first but then just wanted to be nosey. After a long day it was done,well done TJ!! We will call again!! Oh wait they did come back. This last Friday Jan 30 Southern Lake's came back and replaced our old furnace with a new one with heat pump. Arron and Eric were the technicians they were on time. They did what they had to do and of course Sasha settled down eventually but wanted to be nosey of course. Was very impressed that ALL tech's we had in last two weeks were very professional, acknowledgeable and cleaned up as well as made sure ALL was running right before they left.
