I called them to cut and program a new car key, which should have been a straightforward job. After they claimed it was done, I went to test the key -- and of course, it didn't work. When I called to let them know, I was told someone would get back to me. Days passed with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was met with an attitude like I was the inconvenience. The guy on the phone was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care about fixing their mistake. I ended up driving back to their shop, where the same person half-heartedly tried the key again, confirmed it didn't work, and then had the nerve to blame me for the issue. No apology, no offer to make it right -- just excuses and attitude. If you want to throw away your money on a business that doesn't stand by their work, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a locksmith who actually knows what they're doing.

He figured out the problem in moments (a connection had been severed by the high winds and hail) and did a little maintenance since he was being paid for an hour anyway. The woman who returned the call was excellent. The name is pronounced, :Wild-ee, but I prefer to call them, wild. I like to picture wild undomesticated repairmen just barely tamed enough to respond to emergency repair calls, then returning to their natural habitats.

This was a standard option when garage shopping Los Angeles but every garage pro in the area had never sold or seen what I looking for and the closest option, which still didn't satisfy our requirements, was 2-3x the price of most doors. Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. So far, we haven't had any issues and I don't anticipate any but we have a 90-day service warranty and 3 year product warranty. I would definitely recommend their price competitive, high quality services to others!

Was a great experience overall. I went with model I felt comfortable with although Michael had another alternative that was about $100.00 more that was a bit quieter with a belt he said. Personally, the one I have now I do not consider to be loud at all and am pleased with the new opener. Michael helped me re-program outside pad to get into garage which I thought was great. He mentioned he would be there between 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Not to say that I was skeptic, but at least I was happy to get a response right away and someone taking action. Curtis was on site a little after 9:00 a.m. . He was completed with the work minutes before 11:00 a. m. Now I admit, I was a little nervous at first having him come on site without providing an estimate over the phone. But I trusted my colleague's referral on his reasonable pricing. The fact is, he could not give me an accurate estimate until he looked at the work that was needed. Which is understandable. Once he gave me what he will charge, I gave the go ahead to proceed. The estimate was firm. There was no haggling or surprises. I was happy to write this review, because of the very reasonable pricing, quick response, and seamless transaction. I will recommend his services to others.

I don't mind if a business does not want, or does not feel competent to do work presented to them, as long as they are forthright. This business took up my time making 4 calls, taking and sending pictures, and looking up manufacturing data. Then no response. The worst thing about this poor business practice is I delayed calling a locksmith that can do the work.

He rebuilt it and we no longer have problems with that lock. Mark also rekeyed all our locks and punched (not ground on a wheel) new keys. The new keys work so smooth! They are better than any other key I have used. The price for all the service was very reasonable. I will contact Mark again anytime we need a locksmith.

I've replaced my damaged electronics, however the amount of dust and metal shavings to clean up is what's taking so long. My recommendation to this company is to protect the customers assets as much as possible as if they were your own. I still can't believe nothing was covered or protected.
