Every time I need to make a change to my policy Austin or his staff has help me immediately over the phone or as a walk in. During the last big hail storm my car was damaged along with thousands of others. I called Austin's office for help. Austin told me State Farm was bringing in claim adjusters from out of state to help handle the workload. The very next day a guy knocks on my door and he is a State Farm claims adjuster who just drove up from Texas. I had a check in my hands within an hour. Even with the massive workload State Farm agents were presented with after the storm Austin took the time to call and ask me how the claim process went and was I happy with the outcome. He gave me a few tips on how to get my car repaired with the least amount of difficulty. With that said, I highly recommend Austin and his team. State Farm is very big company for a reason, they can bring a large of number of resources to bear after a big storm, their claims people are fair, their prices are reasonable.
