It took me 3 days…read more Several phone calls, text messages, and even two calls to a supervisor before I called the 1-800 number to make a complaint. Right after the complaint I received a phone call from the insurance adjuster helping me. In less than 10 minutes he had helped me get a rental car. The problem was I was without a car for 3 days and got no response from him or his supervisor. Now that I have released my vehicle so the adjuster can let us know if it is totaled. I again cannot get a hold of anyone and have left messages and text messages for both he and his supervisor. And again no response. I just got off the phone with the 1-800 progressive number and they are looking into it. This is totally unacceptable. They leave you out of the loop, like communication, and show no concern about your frustration. I have yet to talk to the supervisor of the lackluster agent that is supposed to be giving me service. I was looking to change insurance companies but with no doubt have crossed progressive off my list. I give them a 1 out of 10. Boo progressive!
