He realized on the third attempt that when I told him, this is the wrong person, I meant it. I never interacted much with the agent I was dealing with, except was told via email to complete their form (which was really comprehensive and easy). Two days later she called me to go over rates, and told me she had beat my State Farm rates. When she gave me the numbers, I said, actually, what you have quoted me is higher than what I have now. Very quickly she responded, "Ok, well, you should stick with State Farm." click... hung up on me! I've been thinking about it all weekend, but what a bizarre interaction and just strange. I do not recommend based on this.

She took the initiative to reach out again this year and was able to save me money on all three of my policies -- $50 on homeowners, $500 on auto, and $150 on my umbrella policy. I also checked with Liberty Mutual, American Family through Costco, and another independent agency, and none could beat what Kayla found. I really appreciate her persistence and willingness to keep looking for the best deal. Great service and highly recommended!

Once I submitted everything they needed to begin looking to see what my options were, then ensured me they would be in touch. Never heard a word. I realize during these ever changing health insurance days that this office would be busy. Therefore I gave them 3 chances to respond to emails over a month to a month and a half later. I wasted over a month entrusting that this office was working for my best interest and was sadly disappointed in this referel.

Katie Pistininzi at Stephanie Sponder State Farm in Denver came to the rescue! She said, "Let me contact Texas and see what they suggest. I'll call you back." And she did--all with no assurance that she would ever get my business. In the end, Katie connected me with a State Farm agent in Texas whom she had personally spoken with, making what could have been a complicated situation remarkably easy. This is what good customer service looks like: taking the time to help someone simply because you can. Katie was responsive, resourceful and genuinely helpful. I won't forget it. Anyone shopping insurance should talk with Katie!!

I signed up with State Farm and had a great experience with Tiffany during the onboarding process…read more Everything was smooth and I paid in full. The one thing that was never mentioned was the Drive Safe app or the tracker that comes with the policy. I didn't know anything about this until I received a bill for not setting it up. When the tracker arrived in the mail, I had no idea what it was for. I sent two texts, an email, and left a voicemail to get clarification, but never heard back. The next thing I received was a notice saying I had a past-due balance of $113 for not activating the device. I emailed again and finally got a response. I was told the tracker should have been discussed on our call and that my earlier messages were missed, which you can see in the attached screenshot. Even with that acknowledgment, no accountability was taken. I asked to have the charge removed, explained I would install the tracker, and was told the correction and refund would be handled. I thought everything was resolved, but today I received another message saying I now owe $50 for the time I was not covered. This had never been mentioned until now. It has been surprising to see how quickly the communication changed after signing up. What started as great service has become difficult to sort out. Because of this experience, I do not plan to renew my policy when the term ends unless this situation can be resolved as promised.

She has reached out to me periodically to review my insurance policies and make sure that all my needs are met. ++ There's tons of ways to pay your bill and file claims! ++ Sean Page Agency even has regular office hours at their new-to-me DTC office where you can stop in if you need to discuss your insurance matter (or if you're having problems with your email attachments - oops). I don't know how many people would give their insurance agent/agency a five-star review, but after at least five years of working with American Family Insurance and Sean Page - I can safely say it's "as good as it gets!"

Sean Page won't get any business from my referrals ever again! Unbelievable.
