They check up with me every year to make sure I have enough homeowners insurance - but not too much - and I always feel that they are truly looking out for our best interests. Auto insurance - well I don't even bother shopping around anymore - every time I do it just confirms I am getting a really good price - and I love, love, love the windshield insurance. During a recent road trip gone wrong they really could not have been more helpful. Got me towed home with no hassle. I was so glad I had towing insurance. Two thumbs way up on this office and staff - Thanks!

I have found that I am saving money with Alliance. They offered better rates than I was paying, and they offered a variety of coverage options. The application process was simple and fast without too much hassle. Their customer service has always helpful and friendly. Sometimes it takes a little while to return calls, but they eventually get back with me. The real test will come if/when I have a claim, but for now, I am happy.

No business to do, no additional needs, not buying any insurance... just stopped in to say hi. And they welcomed me as a friend, like always. Another client was just leaving, with a lot of laughs and warmth and smiles. That's how it is. Because that's who they are. They become a partner and friend. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else. And yet, their prices and premiums are still competitive, often lower than anywhere else for the same insurance. Better than anyone else has offered. Best of all, they are honest and once even told me how I could get better, less expensive coverage somewhere else for a personal project. Very "Miracle on 34th Street," right? I can't believe it has taken me this long to share my experience. Guess I was inspired today. Give Andy, Fred, or Doug your insurance needs and you'll be like me... a satisfied client who feels more like a friend. Just can't say enough good about Lautenbach Insurance. Keep it up, guys! Our rates started to soar and we began to have a hard time getting ahold of someone or even getting a promised return call. We finally decided to stop doing business with them this year after we kept calling for over a month trying to get someone to shop around our policy due to huge increases in our premiums (we've never had an accident or filed a claim on our home). When they finally did get back to us the conversation felt very steered towards insurance companies that would benefit them and definitely not us (ie best commission for them) We went with another company that saved us over 3k on our policies and will be proactive in making sure we have the best rate and coverage each year without us having to call in and ask for it. I would avoid doing business with them because they are no longer for their clients and it shows.

I wish I'd done more research before choosing an insurance broker while purchasing my home, but my…read moretitle company seems to be in some kind referral partnership with InsureU Colorado, so I went with their recommendation out of convenience. After combing through my policy with Travelers, I found that my property square footage was listed at over 1,000 sq ft more than the actual square footage of my home with not one public property record supporting this erroneous number. While being overcharged for my premium with Travelers, I made several calls and sent multiple emails to InuranceU Colorado to correct this suspicious error, and I've yet to have any of them returned, although they immediately answered the phone and returned my messages when I was initially shopping for my policy. So, if you find yourself at the mercy of InsuranceU Colorado after a dizzying two-week closing as I did and then require service of any kind thereafter, I suggest you disguise yourself as a new customer if your goal is to actually speak with someone. But, if you forget and mistakenly identify yourself as an existing customer, then prepare to wait--indefinitely.
