I've been with David and the team for years and am just now getting to this review, which is a shame because I could have wrote it from the first year we worked with him (sorry Dave!!). Not only do they always pick up the phone or write you back immediately but when you need help after a claim is filed they go the extra mile! I have been struggling with a roof hail claim and just could not get ahold of my assigned adjuster to get the contractor paid. Michelle got on the bat phone twice and he called me within the hour! I honestly don't know how people do it without help from a team like this. We've had 3 major claims in the last five years and I know what got us through, what could have been an insurance nightmare, was the Lone Tree team. Thank you guys, we really appreciate you!! read more

Where do I begin? Well almost 10 years ago I worked with a insurance broker and did it for a few years until I decided to do the leg work on my own and find insurance myself which honestly saved me a good amount of money, so I had a stigma for agents only looking out for themselves and money in there pockets until........ I moved to Colorado and found out my home insurance was double what I paid on my home in Northern California which mind you was worth 4x the cost of my new build home and had a swimming pool. I honestly figured moving to Colorado with the housing prices my home insurance would be cheap!! WRONG! I ended up paying for the year and sad it was so much, then I got the renewal paperwork and my insurance jumped by $800 extra a year making it almost $3k a year crazy right? I could take no more so I decided to give David a call. What do I have to loose? I can either go with his recommendation or not? I gave him all my info and he got back to me really quick with home and auto rates. He also informed me my current coverage I was paying a lot for was honestly no good!!! I'm not a insurance agent so I would y exactly know. He gave me options and ended up saving me well over $2000!! After calling him and seeing how smoothly this all went and how now I have better coverage and pay wayyyyy less-I highly encourage you to call him. Nothing to loose, no money out of pocket, he might actually put money back in your pocket!! Thanks David! Looking forward to working with you! read more

Can't say enough about David Harriman and the team at BMR. I tried going to different insurance carriers to compare rates but BMR did all the work for me and much more quicker than I ever could. Great support from David and Michelle when I moved over based on better coverage and better rates. Quick and professional and the video based comparisons were outstanding. highly recommended! read more

Where do I begin? David Harriman and Michelle Carr are incredibly responsive, resourceful, and dedicated to find the best quotes at the best prices. They've been endlessly helpful whenever I sought their advice on home or auto insurance. This is would all normally be very stressful to deal with but their friendliness, patient demeanor, and deep knowledge give the whole process a great deal of ease. Thank you David and Michelle for all you do. I wish you continued success. read more

Lone Tree Insurance is unbelievably personable, proactive, and altruistic in their practices. The definition of "having your back." Give them a try -- you'll likely pay less for more peace of mind. read more

David Harriman's relentless professionalism and limitless knowledge helped steer me toward the right decision in purchasing insurance with the wife. I was with Progressive for over 10 years and jumped ship when he educated me as to how little coverage I was actually getting. David was not only able to increase my coverage a great deal, but also reduced my monthly premium a bit. I know everyone's scenario will be different and so does he. If you're better off somewhere else, he will tell you. Make sure you check out the funny intro to his office video he made and if you're lucky enough to deal with him in person, make sure you check out his wide assortment of funny socks. Dealing with your insurance agent doesn't have to be a boring life-sucking experience and thanks to David Harriman it isn't. Five stars!!! Highly recommended!!! A+++++++ read more

David and Michelle made my first outing into the insurance world really easy. I feel confident they gave me the best policies for the cost. They are very approachable and communicate promptly. Safe to say I'll be sticking with them a long time! read more

When we moved to a different state, the insurance agency we had for years could no longer help us. After contacting several insurance companies directly we reached out to Lone Tree Insurance. Cassi answered right away and was able to get coverage for our Autos and Houses in the new location. The price was the best, and the service was A+. Several of the other companies either did not respond or responded with little knowledge or information. The knowledge and service at Lone Tree Insurance are the best I have encountered. I am thankful for Cassie and Lone Tree Insurance. read more

Dave and Michelle have been extremely professional and easy to work with! Additionally, they have helped me to address the lower coverages that I had and completed an in-depth insurance review free of charge. I needed to get the right insurance coverage for me and they have helped me to learn a lot about the ins and outs of insurance (very educational if you want to learn more). They are very available and easy to get a hold of too! Dave explains things in easy to understand terms and is willing to take you through the policy to show you the math and make things right. I have been very pleased working with BMR insurance for the past year and highly recommend them! Thanks again! read more

We've worked with David and BMR for many years now, my wife has been the primary contact during the entire time and I've simply been the beneficiary, until today when I had a question so I set up a call. I think the best word to use in describing our experience is "partnership". David and his team redefine service in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. The team employs modern approaches to communication and collaboration. They use a level of discovery to really understand needs, take those to market and find the best options. David also has a broad and deep referral network he's cultivated over his career. This speaks to his relationship-building skills and presence in the industry. I deeply respect and appreciate all that David and BMR do for us, it's a true partnership. read more

These guys are incredible, we've been with them for almost 4 years now and i can honestly say that Dave is such a great kind guy and so good at what he does and his team is awesome. They are all so helpful and on top of it if you've ever got a question or need to make changes. Im 43 and I have never had better service by my insurance agent than the service I received from David Harriman. I've been with him for 3 1/2 years and ANYTIME I've had questions or concerns about my insurance coverage, he has ALWAYS helped me get the answer. He's guided me to have the appropriate coverage for my family. If you are looking for someone to help you, guide you and explain what exactly you need and why......then call David! read more

The folks at BMR are just good people. I was referred to them by a friend several years ago after purchasing a new car and AAA doubled my premium smh. I was not expecting much when I called, but was impressed by their customer service and David's determination to find me the best deal possible. I have been a satisfied customer since 2012 and recommend them to anyone looking. read more

I am so glad that I found Dave and Michelle. They are true advocates for my best interests and take the time to make sure that all of my insurance needs are met. They are extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I never had an agent until about 5 years ago when I was set up with David. I had no idea what I was missing. David helps me make sure I am getting the best rate on my insurance. He answers all of my random insurance related questions (and thoroughly). And best of all, he responds quickly to my emails. He is definitely one of the best!! read more

David Harriman is so great to work with! He has been my auto insurance agent for the past few years and has helped me change insurance providers when the rates changed in my favor. I have had Mercury and Progressive since working with David. David is always available if I have a question about my policy. I can always call him and I feel well informed after speaking with him. Thank you for being so thorough and a pleasure to work with! read more

David makes navigating the home and auto insurance world very easy. He can secure you the best rate from a carrier because he's a broker. So he has no allegiance to any one insurance company. Which is great because sometimes he'll suggest switching to another one to save money before you even have to ask. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable about his field and can answer any question that pops up reflexively. If I'm ever unsure of something I just shoot him a quick email and I get a rapid fire response, even if there are other more important things going on in his life! Highly recommend if you are searching for a new policy or unhappy with your current agent for any reason at all! read more

I really appreciate David's personal approach. He takes the time to answer all your questions and makes sure that your needs are met. I also like the fact that we review the policies at least once a year. read more

The customer service is efficient, friendly, and very prompt. The rates cannot be beat, and they make sure your plan fits you needs. BMR has done nothing but perfected customer service for auto insurance, thank you read more

I have been working with Dave for a few years now, and it just seems to get better and better. I recently purchased a new car, and when I called up to ask what the insurance rates would be, he told me that I would probably be paying more than on my old car (I hadnt purchased the car yet, I was just trying to use this as another reason to dissuade my wife from getting this car). Although I knew that Dave had always been competitive, I called up agents from 8 other insurance companies and carriers. Every single one of them came in higher that what I had been paying for last car, but where Dave said he thought it would probably be around $150 more per year, they were quoting me about $700 per year. After my wife yelled at me enough, I ended up getting that new car, knowing that I would go back with David and BMR. The biggest shock I had, aside from the always stellar service I get whenever I call (and I called a lot while looking for the new car), was that my insurance rates actually went down. I know Dave knows his stuff, but even he was surprised that the rates went down. While he couldn't tell me why (sure the computer doesnt answer all my questions!), he was also surprised, but very happy with the results. I know I can always call Dave to ask any questions that are insurance related, whether for my home or auto, and I have even called him to ask questions about my business and life insurance, and every time he steers me in the right direction. When he told me that I should use someone else for my business insurance because it was a better fit for my company, I knew he was the right agent to stick with. Thanks Dave for always looking out for me, even when its bad for you. read more

David is just awesome. He's saved us money and ensured that we had appropriate coverage for both auto and home policies. I referred my sister to him and I know that he saved her and her husband money too (which I'm sure he can do for most anyone). We have found our forever agent :) read more

I called David to obtain insurance for my Colorado stepson due to the wonderful reviews on Yelp. I live in California. Not only did I obtain much better coverage, at a similar rate, but I was delighted to find out David writes insurance in California as well! Well, I have been very disappointed with my current broker for years and decided, given the great phone service I received on the phone, to give all of our insurance to to him one the spot (one auto and two homeowners (HO/EQ policies). We are signed, sealed and delivered as of Friday (it took two days). I couldn't be happier. read more

I have been working with David Harriman at BMR for my Workers Comp and General Liability insurance for over five years. I have owned my construction business for 24 years, my prior insurance broker never made me feel like my business was important to them. I feel like David goes over and beyond with amazing service. I always get responses and answers within an hour of sending an email or making a call, many times within minutes. When my renewals are due, David always finds me the best deal with the best coverage for my needs. If David is not going to be available, he will always email me with a contact to use while he's gone. It's great to have one huge thing that I never have to worry about. read more

I am super grateful to have found David. He reworked all of my insurance policies saving me money and raising my coverage. The timing couldn't have been better because I had a flood in my home shortly after switching plans that did over $25k in damage. Had I still been on my previous policy, insurance would have only covered $13k. read more

David is the best! I didn't think my rates would ever be good, but he made it happen. He even re reviewed my rates 6 months later to make sure I was getting the best. He is super helpful and very kind about everything. He answers all your questions and makes it possible to save money on insurance which is amazing now a days! Thank you so much for all your help. I recommend working with David if you are in need of amazing insurance for an amazing price! He made it possible for me. read more

David has been my insurance guy for years and I use him for all of my insurance needs. What sets David apart is his incredible response time. I needed to make a quick change to my plan and totally forgot to make the request during regular business hours. So I sent him an email late on Friday asking him to make a change in my plan expecting the change to happen Monday morning. By the time I had finished dinner, he had sent an email confirming the change had already been made. What he also brings to the table is his expansive knowledge of different types of insurance (home, auto, renters, etc), how much they cost on average (and not just the ones he offers, but competitor prices as well), and the different tricks you can do to bundle them so you get what you need but save money. He will never suggest more coverage than you need. He actually said the agent that the insurance company provided me had oversold me on coverage that I would never use. He's very easy-going and I've never felt pressured by him to make any decision. Great guy and I would highly recommend him, even if you just have a question. read more

David is the best! I have been a client of David's for a few years now. Not only does he shop around and get you the most competitive quotes, but more importantly he gets to know you as a person. I have been with David for a couple of years now and have been through some pretty trying times, he was there with me and helped me all the way. I am illiterate about insurance and he was always there to explain and direct me in the right direction! I love that security with him-its just that little bit that makes life easier for me! He is knowledgeable and professional....highly recommended! PS-its nice to see a face after all these years! read more

David helped us by taking time to explain details of different coverages. And when he says he will get back to you at certain time, he will for sure. That's how the trust built. Not like other agents, they try to quote me in a lower coverage to make the fee looks less even after I told them what coverage I want, David helped me with something that really covers us. Even it's only something little like renters insurance, he treated each case sincerely. Thank you , David. read more
