He responds to voicemails and texts sometimes within 30 minutes. But the most amazing experience was we are moving out of state and panicked that our personal property was not properly insured on the moving truck as is typically the case. I texted Rob 8 PM on a Friday evening apologizing for bothering him off hours and he responded with a phone call in 15 minutes giving me about three or four different options to protect us For the move, knowing full well we would no longer be his client and that American family does not write policies in Florida. This guy is all about caring for his clients! I usually don't post too many reviews good or bad but this man is simply an exceptional human being who you can completely trust with the things most important to you! I'm 67 years old and have never experienced an insurance agent like Rob.

Any questions or issues I had, I could shoot him an email and he'd respond diligently to assist me and/or deliver resolutions to any problems. I can't stress enough his willingness to go that extra mile to make sure someone is taken care of and his understanding if "life" happens and one must move on. I had zero difficulties with him as an agent; Adam is a true pillar of professionalism and will be sorely missed.

I am currently selling my home…read moreand as part of the home inspection it was found that the roof had hail damage and would need to be replaced. I reviewed my policy and noticed that there was now a 1% wind and hail deductible added to the regular flat deductible. I called Adams office, he was not available, but one of his staff offered to answer my question. She said that the 1% did not take affect until my April 2025 renewal. Because the storm took place the year prior it would fall under the old flat $1000 deductible. This was clearly great news, saving me thousands in costs. In order to make sure I heard it correctly I even called back 5 minutes later and had this confirmed again. My wife and I signed the inspection objection from the buyers BASED ON THIS NEWS and I filed the claim so we could get the roof replaced inside of our closing date. The adjuster came out and did his thing, he came back with that he could only pay ~$3,500 of this ~$11,000 dollar roof replacement, my deductible was over $7,000. This is CLEARLY not what was told to me twice at this point. I called Adam's office again. Again it was one of his staff that was available. I explained what was told to me in my prior call to the office and she said and I quote "In my 17 years of working in insurance what you were told was correct." 5 minutes later the adjuster calls them and Adam's office staff now says the change in deductible was in April of 2024, not 2025 as was told to me in the first call. Angry, I got the district managers number who called me and conducted an investigation. In that investigation Adam and his staff LIED and said they never told me that the deductible policy change occurred at the 2025 renewal. Completely failing to own up to the mistake they made, giving misleading information about the policy they manage. Costing my wife and I thousands. I have been a customer of this agency since even before Adam took it over. My trust in them at this point is zero with no chance of recovery. This was a complete failure in customer relations and care with zero accountability on Adams part.
