Upon arrival I am informed I am not welcome because I attended once before unknown to me. Is this is a matter of negligence lack of quality control? Firstly why did I receive an invitation in the first place? Negligence, whereas the company doesn't bother to check their records & Quality control, clearly there is none in place at this company? Then I not only told I am 'upset' which is truly patronizing considering this is Their mistake NOT mine as their representative states he emailed on the 15th July-No email, surprise I know how to check my iPhone! When I face him with this he states he left a message; surprise NO message on my iPhone. I'm a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, I do not get 'Upset' & certainly do not appreciate this coming from an unprofessional upstart; let alone their false shallow excuses. Again I confirmed the two nights prior And absolutely no effort or attempt was made to contact me or the person attending with me. Yes they had both phone numbers. With such disregard for a retired veteran or seniors in general I ask how much respect and compassion would they truly have for anyone's future?

Westerra couldn't fund my loan to get the car but the loan was definitely listed on my account home page to start payments. I've been a member for over thirty years here and I thought good loans were the reason you work with a credit union. 800+ credit score you'd think they could make it happen better than they do.
