I have been doing business with Austin and his team for over 10 years. I have been with State Farm for over 45 years. I really don't like computers. I like dealing with people! Every time I need to make a change to my policy Austin or his staff has help me immediately over the phone or as a walk in. During the last big hail storm my car was damaged along with thousands of others. I called Austin's office for help. Austin told me State Farm was bringing in claim adjusters from out of state to help handle the workload. The very next day a guy knocks on my door and he is a State Farm claims adjuster who just drove up from Texas. I had a check in my hands within an hour. Even with the massive workload State Farm agents were presented with after the storm Austin took the time to call and ask me how the claim process went and was I happy with the outcome. He gave me a few tips on how to get my car repaired with the least amount of difficulty. With that said, I highly recommend Austin and his team. State Farm is very big company for a reason, they can bring a large of number of resources to bear after a big storm, their claims people are fair, their prices are reasonable. Lastly, Insurance agents like Austin are part of the local community and add the personal touch. Which you can't get out of a computer! Last but not least. Austin's office is pet friendly. Make sure you bring your pup in when you visit. Kevin read more

Do not use this person as he's very dishonest. I found him to be a liar. I received a quote from him and called another State Farm agent and it was a lot less and he told me that Austin Dosch is a dishonest agent if you're not use them is under a review by State farm to remove his license. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am extremely displeased with this office. I've been with State Farm for over 2 years, never had an issue. I called to cancel my home insurance policy because I no longer live in the apartment it was assigned to. The guy who answered the phone, because let's be real, he was a big pain in the ass- wouldn't take no for an answer. Yea I'm talking about you, Jonna Gorgas. You suck. And if the way State Farm trains employees to pressure clients into staying, then as a company you need to modify the way you're doing things. I work in healthcare, over 50 hours a week. I don't have time for anything. I was on the phone with Jonna for 10 minutes and this guy would not take "no" for an answer so I hung up and called corporate. The girl who helped me canceled my policy in less than 2 minutes- no questions asked. It's really annoying when people don't listen to what you're saying. I plan on leaving State Farm after this. I don't care about the loyalty I've had with them over the years, their customer service (in the offices) is poor. They should compensate me for the trouble and TIME I've wasted on this issue. read more

Very quick, followed up, provided all the information necessary. I needed assistance for a short term rental that required renters insurance! read more

Amazing service. Patient. I feel secure that they were looking out for my best interested in coverage.

As everyone seems to be doing, my husband and I recently moved to Denver (from Minneapolis). I was dreading switching insurance as I was told Colorado had some of the highest rates in the country. Well, don't believe everything people tell you. We had to tweak our policy a LITTLE, but we added medical coverage and it's only costing about $15 more per month. Jonna and Kolby were amazing, friendly, and helpful. I had called a few reps in the area and Jonna was the first to get back to me. They made the switch relatively painless. Very happy with the service. read more

I have been with State Farm for years. When I moved to PA, Austin recommended a great agent. Upon my return to Denver, I also returned to Austin. The office works diligently to provide the services I need, as well as anticipate future concerns. My financial advisor conducted an insurance audit to address any GAPs in insurance. I had none! Everything was in order. Keep in mind no business is perfect. However, any concerns I have shared with the team gets resolved. Austin Domsch and team are a great bet! P.S. Insurance isn't really valued until you need it. Austin has proven they will be there when the situation arises! read more

I moved from out of state and Austin's agency made the transition easy. They're always available when I need to reach them. They are always very prompt when I need to make changes. Austin understands the best way to set up your policies to give you the most protection at the best price. I've had major hail claims and State Farm has made the process easy while improving the condition of my home. Very impressive agency! read more

I have been extremely impressed with my service from Austin Domsch and State Farm. Austin, Jonna, and Sandy have been incredibly helpful through both a homeowners claim and an auto accident claim. It's easy for agents to claim that they are "there for you" but the real test comes when you have an emergency and really need their help. Austin and his team helped us tremendously. They were incredibly responsive and patient with us as we sorted through the claims process. I was so impressed with the service, that I have moved all of my insurance (business, personal articles, etc.) to their office. read more

Our family has worked with Austin Domsch and his staff for a number of years. We have always been very impressed with the professionalism and high level of customer service we have received from Austin and his team. Austin goes the extra mile in reaching out to make sure he understands the specific needs of our family. Unfortunately, the last year has brought some unexpected and big claims. We suffered extensive hail damage to our home and two vehicles and our daughter, who is a new driver, was in an accident. We appreciated the quick response of Austin and the entire State Farm team in all of these claims. It was heart-warming to receive their notes expressing real concern about the challenges we were facing. We are happy to have found Austin and his team - they exude professionalism, excellent customer service and the highest level of integrity. read more

OMG! I just got quoted a 53% increase in my premiums based on the coverage I had in Northern California...same car, same insurance company. And it took 20 minutes into the conversation about the quote that an agent gave me for him to get around to it. I'm concerned by the salesman's approach. Is the agent too green to not know that presentations and deals often go south when trying to bury shocking information such as the charges/price...or is it the lack of training...or is it the style of this office? Bottomline--such practice engenders a full lack of trust. I asked for the quote in writing BEFORE our conversation and that request was denied. I then had to pull teeth to get him to read out to me the table of charges for respective coverage that I had in my prior state. And when I spoke to whoever answered the phone at that office yesterday, that person (1 of 3 agents other than Domsch) had been around only 6 months. So...where to go for experience and genuine professionalism? read more
