Insurance can be confusing and honestly pretty boring to think about, but Chris makes the whole process painless. He knows what he's doing, actually listens to what you need, and doesn't just try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. What I appreciate most is that he treats his clients like he actually cares about their situation-because he does. Whether it's finding the right coverage or walking me through changes, he's always been straightforward and responsive. If you're looking for an insurance broker who actually has your back instead of just taking your money, Chris and his team are the ones. Highly recommended.

Finally, I found Jeff and Square State Insurance on Yelp. He was able to find me a new policy for both home and auto, and save me nearly $100 / mo for very comparable coverage. In the current market, every little bit helps. He was also able to answer all of my questions about the new policies, and how switching would work. I will definitely continue to use him in the future if I need to tweak my coverage again.

After the other agent & his office completely screwed up my insurance, had policies lapsing with no notice, automated payments that were botched & the worst communication & lack of responsibility for errors - I called the State Farm headquarters & told them of my experience & how DISGUSTED I was with the FC agent & State Farm. You would think an agent would value & appreciate that you had ELEVEN policies with them.... not this dufus. After going through 3 people who told me I couldn't just "switch" agents - I talked to someone with knowledge & authority -then, I was able to switch to Jody Roberts - whom I found through Yelp ratings. From the moment I contacted her - Jody, herself, was involved in sorting out the disaster that the Fort Collins disaster of an agent created among my 4 autos, umbrella, home & 5 life policies! Jody dug in, straightened out, answered all my questions (I had TONS) & pulled everything back up from the "life support" stage the other State Farm agent left it all in. Jody was always responsive by phone & email. Her staff was equally responsive. When I moved out of state, it was SUPER hard to say goodbye to Jody - she is an agent who loves what she does & truly keeps a watchful eye on the business you trust her with. Best wishes & much success to Jody & her staff in 2018 & beyond!

We have known Brandon for many years. The first experience with this new field of work for him did…read morenot go well - we provided our current policy and asked Brandon to match it all. Unfortunately, it took many edits because he was not matching apples to apples - way under quoting us Thousands (I caught all his mistakes). Since we knew him, we got through it and finally signed some policies with him. A few months later, Brandon tried to help me via text with a Life Insurance policy. I told him I had to read through 33 pages, and he just said "Just sign it then it's good haha" (after the first issues, NO). At the same time, I was also dealing with my fiancé's fall, fractured vertebrae and he literally ignored the fact of this happening and let me know to contact him when I was ready. NO CONCERN FOR HIM whatsoever (just as much his client as well). He texted me that he needed to talk to me. Brandon never called me back. I stopped caring at this point. If he was a good agent, he would have cared, he would have called me back, he would have correctly quoted us from the beginning and not RUSHED through it...if he was good - he wouldn't have to leave HIMSELF a five-star google review, just look (until he deletes this google violation). THEN the worst happened. He had his employee, Andrew, "take over" my account.... Andrew asked me if I would be comfortable with him as my agent, I wasn't bc of Brandon. I was then SET-UP-- Brandon impersonated him acting like Andrew, via text and email, calling from Andrew's number as I knew it... acted on his behalf without me knowing. Very UNETHICAL, not sure that is even legal! Then Brandon was saying I was harassing them - I JUST WANTED AN HONEST, ETHICAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AGENT - NOT IMPERSONATIONS! By you impersonating your colleagues Brandon, Yeah, you will get a reaction! Then, goodness - Brandon said I couldn't get another agent, he said a straight "NO!" when I asked - LIAR, or just ignorant! I just did, I called Farmers and am currently transferring agents. Brandon, DO NOT impersonate your employees. Brandon, call people back when you are supposed to. Brandon, check your business ethics. Good luck, the kitchen may be a better place for you if you don't learn from this.
