I would give this company 10 stars! I was referred to Mike by my plumber. My air conditioner leaked and caused flooding in the water closet, master bedroom and hall. Mike is a true professional and answered my call on my first try contacting him. He asked me questions to determine the type of water damage I had, so he could determine the type of equipment he needed to bring. He arrived the next day on time. He immediately got to work to determine where the walls and carpet were wet. He carefully removed the base boards explaining the dehumidifier would penetrate the dry wall better, he pulled back the carpet and removed the wet padding drenched with water. Other than the stains the water caused on the carpet, all base boards removed were replaced when the dry wall and plywood was dry. He gave me a referral to repair my drywall and flooring. I didn't have to worry. I knew the job was being done correctly. If I had a question and texted him, he always responded to my texts immediately. Both referrals were top notch! Through the entire process approx. 10 gallons of water was removed from the floor and walls. I recommend him highly!! read more

Mike from AAA responded quickly on the phone when I called. I was recommended by my plumber after the waste drain under my kitchen in the crawl space broke and my sink and dishwasher water was pouring under my house. I did not know this until a smell started to emanate from the crawlspace. Mike and his crew arrived the next day and performed the service of vacuuming out the water, mucking out some debris, and spreading the chemicals to remove the smell. They were quick and efficient. But I felt the price of $1500 for 45 minutes work was way too high. He had given me the option of saving $200 by hauling the waste to the dump myself but I declined that offer. I understand the cost of materials, manpower, and expertise these days, but sometimes a homeowner is caught between a rock and a hard place. And environmental cleanup under the house is not exactly the kind of thing you want to wait around getting estimates for from three different contractors. So I went ahead and approved the cost because the only way that I could get the plumbing repaired was once the environmental clean up was completed. read more

AAA Deflooding came out a few weeks ago when our 5 Condo building had a clogged sewer line. They cleaned up the garage and the two condos that had major flooding. Mike and his guys aren't just good at what they do, they're also really good guys. They explain what has to be done and why, they show up on time and finish just when they say they will. They did a great job for us and, just as important, their prices were extremely fair. We had a series of slow leaks from an upstairs shower which, by the time it saturated the kitchen ceiling below, had left some nasty-looking mold in the woodwork between floors. Mike and his guys sealed off the kitchen, and set up their equipment, going out of their way to make sure the hose to the outside wouldn't get in the way of our dogs' comings and goings. A few weeks before Thanksgiving, a waste pipe burst and we didn't realize it. We thought we had a clog so called a plumber who eventually discovered the reason for the clog. We had to get someone in fast to get rid of all the waste under the house, and we had guests. AAA came out, quickly gave us a price that would be the maximum price. They also told us that one of the bathrooms was past the broken pipe and could still be used, effectively saving our Thanksgiving. The plumber hadn't let us know that saving fact. AAA Restoration did an amazing job for us. They were quick, yet they were thorough. They coordinated with our plumber so that once AAA was done, the plumber could start immediately. When we got the bill, in addition to giving me a senior discount (which was the biggest of several possible discounts), I was shocked to see that the bill was less than 2/3 of the maximum price they quoted. My wife handled most of the transaction for me as I could not be there at the time. She told me the guys were very nice and very respectful. They were also very easy to understand, and explained what they had to do and why. We were worried about possible toxic chemicals they might use which could harm us and our cats, but they informed us that all products used were safe for us and the environment. I cannot say enough good about this wonderful company. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your water restoration needs. We just had a sink pipe leak and couldn't get a plumber out for a few hours. There was an inch of water on the bathroom floor and carpeting got wet. We called AAA Deflooding and Mike Mahanes and his crew came out quickly and placed dehumidifiers in the bathroom, removed the wet carpet padding and placed a special fan to dry the carpet and floorboards for 2 days.
