Tal from Advanced Restoration & Construction initially checked for residual moisture in all those areas, immediately removed wet baseboards and quarter rounds, and placed seven blowers and a dehumidifier in the impacted rooms. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly.
