He is very professional, personable, and experienced. Advanced Restoration & Construction were available during every step of the mitigation process. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. I…read morewasn't sure how to proceed, but one thing that was confusing was pretty much no remediation people I talked to would actually patch up the walls/floorboards/baseboards after taking them out and getting rid of the mold! Daniel and his team on the other hand.... They did everything! Daniel was so friendly and chill and seemed to know exactly what the problems were and even pointed out other problems as they went through our repair job that were helpful for preventing further damage and such. When work started, they put up plastic to isolate the problem room and cover furniture that couldn't be moved, took out all effected materials, and Daniel's guys even went to source some floor boards they had to remove due to damage which was something we were having a hard time doing ourselves. It was so appreciated on our part because he went out of his way. Real stand up guy! They patched everything up and it looks good as new and no moldy smell even a month later! When we first got a quote we balked at the price... everything is so expensive now and we weren't sure what to do, but it had to be repaired... so it was worth the price to have the convenience of the team who took out our walls and floors and such to be the ones who put it back. Today, September 28, 2026, I was then told that someone named Jorge was in the office at 4:15 and would be calling me shortly. That call never came either. Meanwhile, I am living in a one-bedroom apartment without a functioning kitchen, surrounded by boxes, while the reconstruction continues to drift with no clear schedule and no reliable point of contact. What makes this especially frustrating is that Tri-Tech advertises regular communication and dedicated project management. That has absolutely not been my experience. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want to know who is actually managing this project, what the current reconstruction schedule is, and when I can expect to have a usable kitchen again. At this point, the lack of follow-through has become as frustrating as the construction delay itself.

We had this company come to do smoke remediation after the Eaton fire. They were very kind and…read morethorough through the initial visit but things went a bit array after. They didn't provide a clear order of services and multiple people seemed to be coordinating the clean up but all insufficiently. We had to repeated call the office to get updates and know when people were coming into the house. The cleaning crew did a good job on the attic insulation and vent cleaning. But we had to call the powers washers back because they missed a few spots outside. They had the main interior cleaners come before all the other work was done so we had to ask them to reclean the house (we found a lot of dirt and footprints in the house). There was mismanagement of the workers by the company. Our main agent couldn't make it and the replacement they sent to pick up our check straight up lied and ghosted us. All in all, the job was complete and they were open to redoing work when it wasn't done. So we appreciated that.
