He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Really saved the day. Sunday night, Dad getting released from Crouse. He is wheelchair bound and…read moredidn't have his wheelchair because he was brought in by ambulance. I called about 20 transportation companies that were closed before I came across U-Connect. Not only did they wait 40 minutes because Crouse didn't have Dad ready, they borrowed a wheelchair from Crouse, got Dad back to Assisted Living, and called me to let me know he was all set and in his room. Dad would have had to sleep on a gurney in the hall of a hospital if not for U-Connect. The owner and driver were so friendly and helpful.
