I am so happy and a small weight has been lifted off my shoulders. We live so far I worry and dad refuses to move in with us.

It took trying several agencies before finding Mr. Ramos' agency. This agency is great because Mr. Ramos is great. Like all the home care agencies, staffing was short and we had a rotation of different caregivers scheduled throughout the week. They tidied, cooked, and spent hours sitting with mom. Literally sitting, since most of her time was doing puzzles and tv. Mr. Ramos doesn't just hire bodies to fill positions; his helpers are kind, respectful and professional. Mr. Ramos was there so much of the time to check in and help with keeping me informed about moms needs. Big piece of mind since I'm off island. He even did some maintenance around the house. His rates were among the most reasonable and he always tried to accommodate our schedule. 5 stars for Mr. Ramos.

They showed fantastic communication skills, professionalism, very efficient, catered to my needs very well! Companion care - a couple times one of the owners said to shut and lock the door if the next…read morecaregiver was running late leaving my 99 year old family member alone and bed bound. One of their caregivers stripped the fruit from 3 trees in the yard and moved on to pick from the neighbors yard. The house cameras picked the bandit up, (and the neighbors called me) and when I reported it to the owners, they did nothing. Medication was also not administered by one of their employees. Some of the caregivers were great; not all. Had one caregive say "I don't do poop" and called the office to be allowed to leave early passing off the dried poop to the next worker. Also, the price jumped from $34 per hour to $55!!!
