As always top notch. I called on a Saturday. He was there the same day and within 40 minutes changed a pulley and belt and was out the door. Highly recommend. read more

Armando was great, on time, fixed it within the service call amount and we are very pleased.

Armando is so helpful and patient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and discouraged us from spending money that would solve the problem long term. Outstanding technical problem solving and customer service. Will definitely use his services again. I read more

I recently had a wonderful experience repairing my LG stacking washer with AAA Appliance Repair. My washer was leaking, and my go-to appliance repair in Sonoma couldn't help me promptly. They suggested TeeVax in Santa Rosa, but TeeVax doesn't repair LG or Samsung appliances. TeeVax referred me to AAA Appliance Repair. AAA Appliance Repair's owner, Armando Olivas, answered my call in the late afternoon. He said, "I'll be there in 45 minutes." He arrived on time, removed the dryer using a lift device, made the necessary repairs on the washer, and performed minor maintenance. The job was completed in about an hour, and the charges were reasonable. I was grateful for the quick and efficient response and have nothing but praise for Armando and AAA Appliance Repair! read more

Honest and quick. Had a problem with my refrigerator and that's not a time where you want to wait for a callback. Armando was the only one who actually picked up the phone when I called. Also the only place open before 8am. Unfortunately the fridge was not salvageable but at least his diagnosis was reasonable at $60. Great service. Quick response. Really nice guy. I didn't end up needing him to fix anything but my experience with AAA Appliance Repair was definitely positive. read more

Our Samsung dryer stopped working during these holidays, which is the peak time when all our children were home. I happened to call Armando (in a panic); to my surprise he was available to take a look the same day. He showed up promptly and after initial debugging explained exactly what was wrong with the dryer. The heater had gone bad and he quoted a price to replace the heater, which he had in his truck. He changed the heater and got the dryer fixed. As a bonus, he fixed the washer hose leak for free - it was not part of the job. I would strongly recommend Armando for a fair and professional job. read more

After a previous repair by a different company failed, I called AAA Appliance Repair on a family member's recommendation. Armando answered the phone and on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, he was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on his truck and made the repair. He showed and explained the issue to me and provided a quote prior to performing work, and is priced fairly. He checked in with me a week later to confirm my washer was working properly. THIS is how you run a business! Armando was friendly, professional and just plain awesome. Highly recommend if you are in need of his services! read more

I contacted Armando based on recommendations from a local neighborhood social media page. I texted him and he was quick to reply back with a phone call. I explained the problem and he said he could probably come by the next day but needed to check his schedule and call me back. He also asked that I text him again with a reminder of what we discussed so he would remember the context of the call, which I did. He never called back. I reached out to him again two days later thinking he might have deleted our text and didn't have my contact or what we discussed and again he never replied and ignored me. It's been over a week now and he straight up ghosted me for no apparent reason. No explanation, nothing. One minute he was planning to swing by, the next he was gone. Very disappointing considering his reviews here and on the social media page were positive. read more

The first company I called, located about a two-minute drive from my house, wanted $90 just for the "service call and travel time" plus $120 an hour. AAA Appliance Repair, located 40 minutes away, charges only $60 for the service call. Armando was able to fit me in the day after I called. He confirmed my morning appointment and arrived right on time. He gave me some good advice about my 30-year-old washing machine, adjusting it to last a little longer while I shopped for a new one. He even adjusted my barely functioning bifold doors to make them fit better. He was professional and super polite. I would call him again. Thanks Armando. ;o) (by the way, I noticed that Yelp has an additional 14 FIVE-STAR (!) reviews for AAA, found in Yelp's "not recommended" category. The reason those reviews are not recommended is that the reviewers have posted only one or two reviews. (This happened to me when I first started posting with Yelp.) The reviews for this company are overwhelmingly positive. Believe them! read more

We moved from Phelan and needed to convert our gas dryer from propane back to gas. Couldn't find the part anywhere. Called AAA yesterday and Mary had me set up with an appt by 4 pm the same day. Not only was the conversion completed, but the repairmen caught that my pulley had deteriorated and replaced that as well. Great service. Very pleased! read more

Excellent service!!! Very nice and courteous!! I will definitely do business again should I ever need any more repairs on my appliances.
