We had a date scheduled and then something came up they needed to reschedule. Ok no problem we rescheduled. Then I get a call from the dispatch lady named Merna and Stacy that we need to change again... ok at this point I was annoyed but... things happen. The night before service get a text confirming for another day. Called they said oh yeah we have a different day. At this point I'm annoyed they assured they could move it. She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........ Usually it would take a month to fix a problem. In less than two years my washer and dryer broke four times. The first two times they replaced a motherboard. The third visit really pissed me off and the fourth pissed off my property manager. Thank you Lord! I work from home and this repair guy would not shut the #%€£ up. He told me that I am breaking my machine by overloading the washer and he can tell because they have serviced this unit so many times. Would you trust a repair man who thinks the washer's springs can short-circuit the motherboard in both the washer and dryer? No wonder they can't diagnose the issue on the first visit. This is the best part. Our property manager was replaced and the new manager gave Mr. Appliance the opportunity to fix units in multiple apartments. Due to their incredibly sluggish response time, I followed up to check the status on the part they ordered. I had done this on all prior repairs. This time the receptionist could not find my records, she called my rude, and told me to ask my property manager. I certainly did. The vile receptionist called my property manager rude too. It is obviously too much to expect Mr. Appliance to keep track of their customers and order the correct parts in a timely manner. I had the extreme pleasure of researching competitors and located several viable options. My new property manager elected to replace my appliance and Mr. Appliance on the same day. It felt like Christmas.

Mr Appliance did just that. From the online chat booking my appointment after hours on a Sunday to my texts and calls letting me know when my service person would arrive they deliver. Christian was out service tech and he is so conscientious about laying down a mat outside our door, using booties so he doesn't track in dirt, keeping the area he is working on clean and tidy. He is very knowledgeable about ovens and I appreciated him informing us about why we had our issue and how to avoid potential problems moving forward. I can not recommend this company enough . I only wish other companies would take a page from their service book. They are awesome in every aspect of their business and they deserve more than 5 stars!!!'

Ripoff. Charged me $250 cash. Told me it was a bad valve on my frig. Wasn't getting water thru…read moredispensor, caused by a bad valve which they said would correct it. They explained a new valve would keep the line from freezing because the cylinoids on valve were failing that keeps the water from freezing inside the door. The valve let's a tiny bit of water thru into the drip pan, to keep it from freezing. They put a new valve on, I thawed the door out and it is still doing the same thing. Why is it that everybody I ask says it isn't the valve? Except them. They refused to give me any of my money back and are telling me to shut the unit off for 2 days to get the moisture out. When no other place agrees with them. If you use them, I hope they do you right, I have the old valve and will have it tested. All I can say as a fact is that they took the money, I have the same problem, and they refuse to give any of it back even after I told the to keep $100 of it for the service call. They were very prompt and came the same day, which I appreciate. But now I'm out $250 for nothing. So they are very prompt at ripping you off.

I am unable to do much bending or lifting. They did all the hard, dirty work, and even helped me with disposal. At one point, a snake came out of a box (one of the good kind). This did not deter them. They gently prodded him off the area, so they could continue the work. I would absolutely hire them again!
