We had a date scheduled and then something came up they needed to reschedule. Ok no problem we rescheduled. Then I get a call from the dispatch lady named Merna and Stacy that we need to change again... ok at this point I was annoyed but... things happen. The night before service get a text confirming for another day. Called they said oh yeah we have a different day. At this point I'm annoyed they assured they could move it. She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........ At this point they do not have there stuff together. Do not use the services seems very suspicious. Going to report to the BBB

We had a concern with our dryer that could easily have been turned into a hundreds-of-dollar issue. He disassembled our dryer and found that the problem was pretty mundane. He easily fixed it and reassembled the dryer. He then explained what might have led to the issue and told us how to keep it from happening again. His price? Only his time, which was very fair. Mr Appliance did just that. From the online chat booking my appointment after hours on a Sunday to my texts and calls letting me know when my service person would arrive they deliver. Christian was out service tech and he is so conscientious about laying down a mat outside our door, using booties so he doesn't track in dirt, keeping the area he is working on clean and tidy. He is very knowledgeable about ovens and I appreciated him informing us about why we had our issue and how to avoid potential problems moving forward. I can not recommend this company enough . I only wish other companies would take a page from their service book. They are awesome in every aspect of their business and they deserve more than 5 stars!!!'

Sears (supposed to be a reputable name) took 3 weeks to get to get to me, and it was impossible to speak to a human being! ABC was reassigned to my claim on a Tuesday and they were here the very next day. Dason, the technician was early for the appointment which worked out better for me! He diagnosed the problem within minutes, and ordered the part right away. They called me as soon as it came in and had me in the schedule the next day. Guess what! Dason was early again! Took about 15 minutes and he was finished. I had a washer again! He even noticed that my dryer thing wasn't connected great to the vent, so he taped it back together for me. Everyone I spoke to in their office was friendly and responsive. Would recommend!
