I brought my truck to them after having issues at another mechanic shop. They diagnosed the issue quickly, were extremely helpful and honest. I had my truck back in 2 days from them after 2 weeks of the previous shop not fixing the issue, they figured it out in less than an hour of looking at it and troubleshooting things. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service provided. They're a genuine family owned business that stands behind their work. I highly recommend anyone to use them. Super grateful for Adam and the other guys at the shop for getting my truck up and running again. read more

I'd been having what maybe could be a couple issues in for a quick tranny check and diagnosis of whether I need a rebuild, a repair, or replacement service. I went to a local we do it all / oil change joint and they suggested a transmission specialist should here I am. This place (and the people involved) have been doing this literally for decades, and their certificates and commendations cover the walls. Immediately greeted and helped by "Adam" who talked me through every step of the free diagnostic analysis they offer. Sadly (or thankfully) my issues are not immediately apparent and would require a breakdown and 'fix what we find' kind of thing but the shop offered their expert advice and explained the process and costs involved. It won't be getting done today, but when I do, I know I'll be bringing it back here. read more

The people at AA One were great--friendly, helpful and honest. We were referred there for a possible transmission replacement ($5-7K). They checked out the car, determined there was no transmission problem (big relief) and told us it was a tire or brake problem, which we were then able to have repaired for about $250-$300. They also put the car up on the lift and physically showed us there was no transmission fluid leak and no other transmission issue. I love dealing with honest service people who know what they are doing and don't make unnecessary repairs. I would definitely recommend these guys! read more

George had my car towed ,included with the cost of the vehicle. My car was stuck in reverse. He towed it, fixed it in the same day. It drives so smoothly now. Will highly recommend this place to all my friends. read more

Let me start this off by saying I would give 0.0 stars if it were an option.. I brought my truck a 2020 GMC 1500 Denali, to AA from a state away on recommendation from a great friend who had dealt with AA for 20+ years.. Needless to say neither of us will EVER do business here again. I have worked in the auto industry all my life and have never had customer service like this. I was told a price and it was a good price, (beat the dealership by over $2000), but then once my transmission was apart and there was nothing I could do I was up charged over $1000 bc i was told they were going to put heavy duty parts in so this never happened again. So I thought, ok it will be worth it in the end. I was then told my warranty was only going to be 1 yr or 12,000 miles. If you were putting heavy duty parts in over $7000 worth of transmission you would think they would stand behind themselves. Here I am 9 months later and 20,000 miles (I drive for work so I drive a lot) and I'm broke down 3 states away and called to see what they would do for me and they told me there was nothing they could do but if I could get the truck to them they would cut me a deal and fix it again for only ANOTHER $5,000... meanwhile, had I gone to the dealer I would have a 3 yr 100,000 mile warranty.. I should have just ate the bullet at the beginning and I wouldn't be stuck needed to pay for ANOTHER transmission 9 months later. Get what you pay for should be the motto of this shop. So now I need ANOTHER full transmission replacement... I would light myself on fire before I took any vehicle to this place again. I work for multiple body shops, car dealers and mechanic shops through Palm beach and Broward, and I PROMISE you, I will tell every single person I know to stay clear of this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE AND DEFINITELY DONT TAKE YOURS OR A LOVED ONES VEHICLE HERE.. read more

I met Jeff and he was fantastic! He explained they would road test my car before beginning any work. I brought my car in for a Transmission fluid drain and refill. Jeff called back 4 hours later and was able to get my car. Very satisfied with their service and will be bringing my other car to them for service when needed. Honest and reliable auto repair business. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Brought them my 04 Silverado 18months ago. I brought them a completely rebuilt transfer case to replace the old one. Price was good for the swap, but the work wasn't. Not only did they leave my windows down during a heavy rain storm, which caused a myriad of electrical issues (burnt heating element in seats, A/C components corroded, etc in which they said "accident happen") but the transfer case never engaged into 4 wheel drive. I never checked the 4 wheel drive until months later because I didn't need it, and it was pouring rain when I was picking up the car. Noticed the windows down and inches of water on my floor which took my immediate attention. Couple months later I started noticing leaks in my driveway. Started hearing the same metallic noises when the transfer case needed replacing the first time. Had the transmission done by a different company recently and they pointed out the shoddy work done on the transfer case. It looks like it was gooped with gasket maker, bolts are possibly cross threaded/stripped, and the wiring wasn't done correctly either (code for no power to transfer case motor). None of this makes sense, as it was supposed to be a swap. The rebuilt transfer case that I purchased did not look like this when I brought it to them. Not sure if they went and got a bad one and kept my good one? Also had to ask for the core as they did not want to give it back to me when I was leaving. Have to re-do the transfer case again, less than two years later because it wasn't done right the first time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE read more

My newly purchased used Jeep was sputtering and felt like it was slipping gears. George offered to look into it at no charge where AAMCO wanted $700 to inspect. Turned out to be coil pack and catalytic converter. The integrity that he showed earned him a bottle of Grand Marnier. read more

The best customer service. Jorge was so helpful. I got my car fixed extremely fast. Honest people! I will be recommending everyone to come here!! Thank you guys read more

George is a really bad guy and I hope no one goes here. He told me it would cost 3800 to fix my cars transmission. When I told him that was too much money, he said he would take half up front, and I could work out a payment plan for the rest of the money. He refused to give me the car or work out a payment plan after he received half the payment. We had to call the police. He is a scummy guy and after having this experience I found out it's not the first time he's done this. Currently dealing with attorney because he's holding car hostage read more

They left my camper over the weekend unlocked but yet accused me of locking the keys in it. When I in fact handed them the keys and they locked the doors to the cab but left the rear door to the camper open with valuables inside. We are still assessing if anything was stolen as they are located in a sketchy neighborhood in Lake Worth. I will have no problem taking them to task when we assess the situation further. I would have never left the camper there if I had known they were going to leave it unlocked in the front of the building they should have put it in the bay they took it in at 10:00 in the morning on Saturday and they close at noon what the heck did they think they were going to do with it for Saturday afternoon and Sunday? read more

I was so fortunate to be directed to AA One Transmissions. That's why I'm writing this review. It's hard to sort through all the choices but this business offered me a very positive experience. My check engine light came on a few weeks back, and it was one of those transmission codes where it's either nothing or your car is about to explode. Turns out, I was closer to the more dramatic side. AA One was recommended by the guys at LJ Autotronics down the road, and they had my little car all fixed up within two days! The customer service was incredible, and I'll definitely recommend AA One to friends. Also, they told me to bring my car back in two weeks for them to check up on it! Thanks guys! read more

Wow , an honest mechanic , Jorge the owner , looked at my car , transmission was slipping , so I Thought it was going to be int the thousands , I was their less than an hour , they lifted my cat connected to computer and said it was only low on transmission fluid , only charged me $40 . And any one that asks why did i not check the level myself ? because stupid Chrysler 300 does not have a transmission dipstick . Any way my hat off to AA one transmission :) read more

Do not bring your car here. They are dishonest. They charged $2000 to fix my transmission and one week later I had to bring it back. They swore it was fixed. I took my car to a trusted mechanic and he said there was no sign that they even worked on my car not even a sign of a tool mark. They are scammers...beware. read more

These people are a complete SCAM!! Do not bring your vehicle here ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!! BEWARE!! I brought my car here and it was driving, they told me that they would put the car on the computer for a diagnostic test and call me with costs. They called me back and only gave me cost of labor.$495 Told me they would call back with parts costs. Called me that afternoon with a total cost of $1810! I said no thank you i'll pick up my car, then they tell me that they have already taken out my transmission and now the car is inoperable and cannot drive at all. Said i have to either pay the $1810 or they will put my transmission components in boxes and put in my trunk and i have to pay to have it towed from their shop and i have to pay them for the labor in taking the transmission out. I did not authorize these people to tear out my transmission without first giving me a price. My car was driving and now it is inoperable because they tore out my transmission. This was done to me because I am a single woman. They are a misogynistic company preying on women! I was taken advantage of. Had he told me some kind of rough estimate, i could have made an informed decision but they tore out my transmission rendering my car inoperable before even giving me any quote other than $495 labor costs! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They are taking advantage of single women! I am a victim! Now the car does not drive at all, I have to find another vehicle and they want me to pay for them taking out the transmission and pay for it to be towed away! Unreal! My car was driving before now I'm expected to pay for them tearing my transmission out and making my car inoperable! This is not a reputable business!! Terrible!! read more
