Frank did and amazing job! Cleaned everything and found the source of the problem. Highly recommend him if you are have any Ac problems.

Our AC unit started to blow warm air after running it for about 4-6 hours. I contacted several HVAC companies around and told them the issue. I picked this company because they were available to do service the next day. I scheduled the service in the afternoon. Before the service guy (Frank) came, he texted that diagnosis will cost $100. I said, it's fine... Frank wore mask the whole time and wore shoe covers when he entered our home (which was great). A little over 2 hrs later, he said there was a problem with the wiring in our old thermostat. The wire for the fan is not working. I had a Nest thermostat in hand that I purchased a couple of years ago. He said he can install it but there will be no connection to the fan as the wiring was not working. The AC and heater wiring were still ok, he said. He said the fee will now be $360. I said, fine as long as the AC will work continuously. He installed the Next Thermostat in less than 10mins. After that, he tested it and the AC was blowing cool air again. $360 paid in cash (receipt provided). He asked me to give him a review here on Yelp for the service he did. 3 days passed. After using the AC for about 5 hours in the evening, it started blowing warm air again! I texted Frank and told him the old problem was happening again. He texted back and said he needs to replace the Circuit Wand Thermistor. It'll cost $1,700 for parts and labor. And that his distributor has the part. I didn't text him back anymore. Gave a 2 star review here because I'm being nice. read more

I'm so glad I called Frank. He was able to come out on a Saturday to look at my Mother-in-Laws broken furnace when some of the other repair places could not. He showed up within an hour, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned on Monday to finish the job since he needed to get a part first. Frank was back early on Monday morning and ready to start work. In all my time calling service/repair people I have never had the type of excellent service that Frank provided. He explained specifically what the problem was and why it happened. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend him. read more
