I took my car to get my hood, bumper, and front driver fender repainted and repaired. Took them 1 month to finish which was not a problem because they were waiting for parts to come in. Fast forward to pick up day, owner tells me "Car is washed and ready to go". (They should have noticed that there was some damage, right ? Or inspect the car before release? Nope!) After I noticed the damage, he said he would call his guys to fix it, update me, and hook it up. He didn't follow through with any of that. I had to keep reaching out to him. When he finally got back to me the owner then tells me "None of my guys can do it, maybe you should take it somewhere else". He also tells me "It's not really our fault, cars go in and out of the bay all the time". Instead of owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility, he tried to flip it on me. I decided to go in and pick up my car after multiple attempts of reaching out to him for a solution. His response, "I couldn't find anyone to do it. It requires a "special glue". If I was the one that damaged it, I would fix it. But again man, it wasn't my fault". I let him know that most likely the whole top would need to be replaced and it would cost around $1250. Asked him if we could work something out from the total I owed him. He said he could take $200 off, I countered to $500. I believe he knew it wasn't fixable. He owns a bodyshop. His reply "If that makes you happy man. I'm not making much money on the job I did for you. We were so busy and I did you favor that I took the car in for service." You probably think I'm making a big deal out of this. But I'm not a happy nor satisfied customer. All I could get from him was him repeatedly telling me it's NOT their fault. Him and his workers just acted like it was no big deal. "Why not just ride with the top down ? You don't like riding with the top down?" They constantly made me feel like it was my fault for entrusting them with with my car. Bottom line, no customer satisfaction, no accountability. read more

I would not recommend doing business with these people because they are not upfront and honest. Talk about a diamond in the rough. This is by far the best auto body shop around. From minor body damage to custom body work they do it all and there work is immaculate. It's a one stop shop. I brought my Mitsubishi evolution 10 for a few upgrades and ended up pretty much doing everything from the ground up. I got wheels, tires, front lip, splitter, rear diffuser, wrap, air suspension, an amazing full carbon fiber trunk set up, blow off valve, and all the bolt on's. I just want to say the paint is ok. But the service sucks, i feel rushed everytime i talk to them. They're not that accommodating when it comes request. I have a small scratch in my door they said they gona buff it. But when i got the car they said they did but obviously it wasn't touched at all. I know it not part of the job order. But little things would make the customer feel valued. Lastly i had my car done for a damage in the quarter panel and bumper repaired. It was ok. The thing I hate most is mava's bs. The reason for my 2 star rating is the owner "Karl" is a nice guy but everyone else are rude, impolite, and they see a customer come into the office for some major work and there are a bunch of young people talking and cussing in the office and once i went to the office to talk to someone so i can bring my car in for a custom paint job and air suspension one of the guys over there i think his name was Arash if i'm not mistaking told me he wouldn't recommend air suspension on my car 2004 S2000 i told why? and he responded that car wouldn't nice with air suspension which i totally disagree i took it to a different shop and they literally told me to come back the next day leave my car and they got me cool rent a car to drive till my car was ready I wouldn't recommend these guy 2-10 read more

Brought my Tesla Model 3P in for a minor Fender Bender. I had my doubts being how few Auto bodies places work on Tesla's. Mava assured me that they do, and it would not be a problem. Sure, enough they did an outstanding job! Looks better than it was when I first picked up the car. Because of their outstanding work on the rear bumper I had them install a clear bra so I could protect the front. To make a long story short with all the paint correction that was needed.
