I took my car to get my hood, bumper, and front driver fender repainted and repaired. Took them 1 month to finish which was not a problem because they were waiting for parts to come in. Fast forward to pick up day, owner tells me "Car is washed and ready to go". (They should have noticed that there was some damage, right ? Or inspect the car before release? Nope!) After I noticed the damage, he said he would call his guys to fix it, update me, and hook it up. He didn't follow through with any of that. I had to keep reaching out to him. When he finally got back to me the owner then tells me "None of my guys can do it, maybe you should take it somewhere else". He also tells me "It's not really our fault, cars go in and out of the bay all the time". Instead of owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility, he tried to flip it on me. I decided to go in and pick up my car after multiple attempts of reaching out to him for a solution. His response, "I couldn't find anyone to do it. It requires a "special glue". If I was the one that damaged it, I would fix it. But again man, it wasn't my fault". I let him know that most likely the whole top would need to be replaced and it would cost around $1250. Asked him if we could work something out from the total I owed him. He said he could take $200 off, I countered to $500. I believe he knew it wasn't fixable. He owns a bodyshop. His reply "If that makes you happy man. I'm not making much money on the job I did for you. We were so busy and I did you favor that I took the car in for service." You probably think I'm making a big deal out of this. But I'm not a happy nor satisfied customer. All I could get from him was him repeatedly telling me it's NOT their fault. Him and his workers just acted like it was no big deal. "Why not just ride with the top down ? You don't like riding with the top down?" They constantly made me feel like it was my fault for entrusting them with with my car. Bottom line, no customer satisfaction, no accountability. read more

Kenny and the guys at AA absolutely HOOKED IT UP on my c8! First is the before pic (pretty sweet... but alloy on a black and white beast?). Afterwards, a bunch of pics of the amazing, detailed, perfectionist work they did. And finally, a couple of my kids and their bud when I picked it up from the shop, unable to control their excitement about my new ride, or AA's donk truck! read more

Hi had my car wrapped at this location, and I would say the job that they did was OK but it was the business part that really bothered me. I would not recommend doing business with these people because they are not upfront and honest. They actually stole my thousand dollar deductible check claiming that I had an outstanding balance when all the bills that I have, PAID IN FULL. AA Auto will screw you out of money count on it sincerely Lance PS there's a reason why they have that gate locked all the time I'm sure it's because they have other past customers who would like to get in there and do damage in that location I promise you that!!!! read more

AA Autoworks is a premier Auto Body Shop located in Van Nuys, CA that does just about anything car related from modifying, to repairing your ride. I've been to AA Autoworks three times now and have had work done to my car two times by the very experienced and knowledgeable tech's. I had them install my coilovers and then re-adjust my ride height after the coils had settled for a little over a week. They were very detailed and gave me great information to help me achieve the desired fitment right for me. Really friendly group of people from the office, the techs, to the owner, you can tell they have been doing this for some time. Their facilities are nice and clean with a showroom that doubles as a waiting area with several amenities including a large flat screen TV and a XBOX! The time flew by every time I was there to say the least. I would highly recommend AA Autoworks for anything car related to my friends and family! Give them a call now to speak with their knowledgeable staff to get you in the right direction for your build! read more

I had a set of wheels that needed repairs. AA already gave me an insane deal on an airlift install for my car, so I figured I'd ask them if they could do my wheels as well. They matched my lowest price, which is awesome, because their work is amazing. Their shop has a family vibe to it, and everyone is very welcoming and smiling, especially their dog Luna They were very responsive to me and updated me as things progressed. All said and done my wheels look absolutely new, and the powder coat job is top notch as well. Can't wait to get my air suspension installed by them! read more

Talk about a diamond in the rough. This is by far the best auto body shop around. From minor body damage to custom body work they do it all and there work is immaculate. It's a one stop shop. I brought my Mitsubishi evolution 10 for a few upgrades and ended up pretty much doing everything from the ground up. I got wheels, tires, front lip, splitter, rear diffuser, wrap, air suspension, an amazing full carbon fiber trunk set up, blow off valve, and all the bolt on's. Now Im doing an extreme custom wide body. Aside from the amazing work they do the people at the shop are great and very knowledgeable. Great prices, great quality this shop can't be beat. Well ill be dam, what cant you say about this shop, ive known this bodyshop in the valley for a few years now and karl and his crew are the best when it comes to tending a vehicle. They are one stop shop for everything you need done to a car. I had my evo worked on a few times over the past years and everytime the end results always surpass me. I recently had my car repainted and going widebody, it took a little longer than usual but it was worth the wait and i am very happy of the results. I would recommend this shop to anyone whos looking for anything done to a car, from paintwork, body, audio, suspension, custom and fabrication, they are the go to shop in the valley! Karl even goes over and beyond to wash the car during afterhours. Great cars and good goodvibes read more

I can't tell you how happy I am with the wheels and tires I purchased through Kenny at AA Autoworks. He provided me GREAT customer service not only with the quoting process and order process but also with his follow-through to completion and personal delivery of my vehicle back to me. The wheels were custom and took several weeks to build. Kenny kept in touch with me throughout the entire process as did Karl the owner. Professional and personalized all the way. Thanks guys!! read more

Personally I write few reviews, only when they really deserve and I TRY to never write bad because of my beliefs... Everyone has an off day, so unless it felt deliberate I leave it for a second chance. These guys at AA_Autoworks are off the chain, I needed a hard to find wheel and tire fitment, Antonio the Manager nailed it!!! When I got there 2hr. Drive everyone there treated me like I was one of the fellas hand slaps, fist bumps, shoulder hug the works. They took care of my car like I would and when all was said and done the OWNER Karl washed my ride... Who does that!! I won't go anywhere else for wheels, tires, vinyl wrap, plasti dip, body work, paint, serious mods, they do high end, high profile Hollywood clients but treat EVERYONE the same.. These boys get it.. Check em out! read more

I've been looking for a place to confidently entrust my C7 Corvette for an aftermarket side rockers installation. Brought my pearl white Escalade in for some major paint work. Let's start with the service, Karl is A+++, Literally. He stayed in communication from start to finish. The work itself is also brilliant, pearl is impossible to paint match and correct but they pulled it off perfectly. Now let's get to price: I saved 20% going to this shop compared to the 3 other quotes I received locally from suitable paint/body shops... Between the service, work, and pricing I can gladly and easily say I won't be going anywhere else for any paint/body work. They have a client for life. Karl thank you and your talented team. read more

They did an amazing job on my car. Installed a wing. Side rear fenders. Repainted front bumper lower bumper and lift and installed some parts that I gave them. Very clean and professional all the staff. I booked ahead a couple of months. although I run into some minor problems the owner Karl was very professional and reasonable and solution oriented. Truelly a nice guy. It made me feel valued as a customer at the end of the day. Nava is the sweetest girl and true auto enthusiast, she's very knowledgeable on her recommendations. I recommend this place A+++ Thanks everybody read more

I just want to say the paint is ok. But the service sucks, i feel rushed everytime i talk to them. They're not that accommodating when it comes request. I have a small scratch in my door they said they gona buff it. But when i got the car they said they did but obviously it wasn't touched at all. I know it not part of the job order. But little things would make the customer feel valued. Lastly i had my car done for a damage in the quarter panel and bumper repaired. It was ok. The thing I hate most is mava's bs. They said they washed the car, they gave it back to me the car is filthy. I dont expect them to detail my car. Atleast clean the part they fixed read more

I took my Hyundai (definitely the least cool car in the shop by the way) in to get some repair work done on my front bumper after a fender bender - I was referred by a friend and I'll never go to another shop. Arash was a total sweetheart, helped me out and eased my mind about the time it would take to get the work done. In just a few days she was good as new! Color looks great, smooth and pearly, and the bumper placement is exact. Karl and his team worked hard to get this done quickly for me and even cleaned and vacuumed my car before my pickup! Mava handled the office work quickly and painlessly. Thank you guys for hooking me up - I'll definitely be back for some fun cosmetic stuff next time :) read more

The reason for my 2 star rating is the owner "Karl" is a nice guy but everyone else are rude, impolite, and they see a customer come into the office for some major work and there are a bunch of young people talking and cussing in the office and once i went to the office to talk to someone so i can bring my car in for a custom paint job and air suspension one of the guys over there i think his name was Arash if i'm not mistaking told me he wouldn't recommend air suspension on my car 2004 S2000 i told why? and he responded that car wouldn't nice with air suspension which i totally disagree i took it to a different shop and they literally told me to come back the next day leave my car and they got me cool rent a car to drive till my car was ready I wouldn't recommend these guy 2-10 read more

Brought my Tesla Model 3P in for a minor Fender Bender. I had my doubts being how few Auto bodies places work on Tesla's. Mava assured me that they do, and it would not be a problem. Sure, enough they did an outstanding job! Looks better than it was when I first picked up the car. Because of their outstanding work on the rear bumper I had them install a clear bra so I could protect the front. To make a long story short with all the paint correction that was needed.
