Honestly, initially he came off a little rude BUT Frank knows the transportation business of to/from airport, to/from hotel, to/from cruise ship like the back of his hand. He asked all the questions I didn't think of, he gave all the information I didn't even know I needed, and he was very helpful. We were a total of 17 people (11 adults, 5 kids, 1 infant that needed a car seat and they provided, which you are required to set up yourself). They used two vans, one a family van and another nicer, bigger van. They picked us up from airport, dropped us off to hotel, picked us up from hotel the next day and dropped us off to port, picked us up from port a week later, dropped us off to hotel and then back to airport. In total we dealt with 4 different drivers, Frank included, and ALL were very nice. Communication was great throughout the entire experience. Calls and text to confirm and 3 out of the 4 pickups they were there early to pick us all up. The major hiccup however came when we got off the cruise ship. Frank called to confirm morning of that someone would be there holding a sign with my name and that she was there already waiting. We got off the ship earlier than our time and I walked up and down looking for our driver holding my name, there was no person. Looong story short it seems they used another company, Beach Line, to pick us up that morning in a shuttle but there was a miscommunication between the two companies and Beachline did not have us down for pick up so we had to wait until there was an opening. Overall we had to wait 2 hours to be picked up. Which wasn't great with 5 kids and a baby, sitting in the heat. Beachline wasn't apologetic at all and blamed Frank entirely for the issue. Frank was very apologetic. There was nothing we could do but wait. It wasn't a great situation, but in the end would I use them again? Yes. They're a small company, very helpful, friendly, and overall I was satisfied with their service.

As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. We just returned from Orlando today and have to say I do regret not contacting Clint/Mariah. Initially our plan was to arrange transportation and request for Erick but since we decided to fly with an airline we have not flown before and not knowing what to expect (delays, etc.), I decided to wing it and just call Uber when we landed. Nothing wrong with Uber as the service was quick but my 3 kids definitely preferred Erick. I don't know how many times they kept asking me where was Erick and if Erick was going to pick us up again. Every time a blk SUV pulled up to the curb they got excited and asked if it was Erick haha even for our outbound flight today, they asked me if I can call Erick. I should of but didn't since we were at Universal and only 15 min from the airport. But yes, I did regret not contacting Clint/Mariah to request for transportation during our quick wknd in Orlando.
