Very frustrating. Also, each time I did call I would end up with an answered machine. After 3 calls finally reached someone. They need to update their communication.

Honestly, initially he came off a little rude BUT Frank knows the transportation business of to/from airport, to/from hotel, to/from cruise ship like the back of his hand. He asked all the questions I didn't think of, he gave all the information I didn't even know I needed, and he was very helpful. We were a total of 17 people (11 adults, 5 kids, 1 infant that needed a car seat and they provided, which you are required to set up yourself). They used two vans, one a family van and another nicer, bigger van. They picked us up from airport, dropped us off to hotel, picked us up from hotel the next day and dropped us off to port, picked us up from port a week later, dropped us off to hotel and then back to airport. In total we dealt with 4 different drivers, Frank included, and ALL were very nice. Communication was great throughout the entire experience. Calls and text to confirm and 3 out of the 4 pickups they were there early to pick us all up. The major hiccup however came when we got off the cruise ship. Frank called to confirm morning of that someone would be there holding a sign with my name and that she was there already waiting. We got off the ship earlier than our time and I walked up and down looking for our driver holding my name, there was no person. Looong story short it seems they used another company, Beach Line, to pick us up that morning in a shuttle but there was a miscommunication between the two companies and Beachline did not have us down for pick up so we had to wait until there was an opening. Overall we had to wait 2 hours to be picked up. Which wasn't great with 5 kids and a baby, sitting in the heat. Beachline wasn't apologetic at all and blamed Frank entirely for the issue. Frank was very apologetic. There was nothing we could do but wait. It wasn't a great situation, but in the end would I use them again? Yes. They're a small company, very helpful, friendly, and overall I was satisfied with their service.

Super easy:) Pulling in the morning of the cruise we were directed to drop our bags and park, only we were waived through and ended up parking without dropping our bags. No problem! We are able people and can bring our bags! From their it was chaos with no organization. Waited in the first long line we saw. After 10 minutes found out it was for the Magic. Ok off to find Mardi Gras. It was a mess. Lines everywhere with no clear signs. Loading 1 bus at a time. One bus for Magic, then one bus Royal then one bus Mardi Gras. It took over an hour. Had it been spread out over the very very large lot in different areas it would of been so much more efficient. We waited well over an hour for a bus and missed our boarding time. I wouldn't of minded the wait if I would of been told at booking "come early it's a shit show". I would of come whenever it told me too to not be late!! Drive back was super easy though and Joshua was amazing. Walked out of the port, found the bus, gave name and off we went.
