In one instance, I left my computer behind at the condo. Arriving at the Orlando airport, I realize this. Tony assured me this was no problem. He would go to the condo, pick up the computer, and send it via FedEx to my home. This is the sort of extra service one can expect from VIP Limo & Taxi. I have had problems with OTHER limo/taxi services, but never with VIP Limo & Taxi. Tony understands that communication with the client is one of the most important elements of limo service. The company calls the client the day before the ride to assure the client all is well in picking them up. While I am single, VIP operates a van which could seat - - I believe - - six passengers. I fully recommend this limo/taxi service PS: Tony has led an interesting life. Ask him about it and he may tell you about it.

We used them for a cruise in April 2022 and I just booked them again for a cruise in October. There was barely *any* waiting for the shuttle to take off for the Cruise Terminal and the ride was smooth with air conditioning. I have read here that people complained that their shuttle did NOT have A.C. so perhaps some *do not.* I don't know personally. When we disembarked from our Carnival Cruise we found Cruise Time within seconds and were immediately whisked away again! Everything was smooth and efficient! I am hoping our October visit goes just as well.

I was a regular customer of Evershine and used them several times to go between Cocoa Beach and Orlando International Airport. We always paid $100 for a private ride for me and my husband which included $85 + $15 tip. Our son was flying in to visit us and I arranged with Evershine to pick him up at the airport and I instructed my son to bring $100 in cash. My son paid the $100 when he was dropped off at my apartment. I found out from him that a detour was made to pick up another passenger near the airport and that this passenger was dropped off near Cocoa Beach before dropping off my son. I was very upset because we were a steady customer and had paid for a private trip. The driver should have told my son that the charge was no longer $85 + tip because it hadn't been a private ride and should have charged him half the price. I felt that this was very dishonorable, and I called to complain and explained everything very clearly; I was told that they would get back to me to rectify this issue. I never heard from them again. Needless to say, I never used them again.

I feel like the cost was was fair. It cost $85.00 for the two of us in our private van. The van could have held more. I think this was cheaper than many shuttles full of people. I highly recommend EVERSHINE TAXI (321)704-0660. The dispatcher was polite and you might ask for LISA for your driver!!! Only thing that could be a problem is that some of the drivers need cash instead of using a card.
