But this…read moretime, after confirming through Text that they would be at the Airport to bring me home THEY WERE A NO SHOW. A NO SHOW TO RESPOND TO TEXT. A NO SHOW TO RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS. Their answering machine was full after leaving numerous messages and NO RESPONSE. I had to find a Taxi to bring me back. This is not a professional company, just a small self starter group of people doing things on their own terms. I do not rate them even 1-star.

At least 3 drivers have been using crack and one ex-driver told me that he got caught behind a Dumpster in a National Taxi shooting up Heroin. 2 just got fired last week. I even saw what could only be described as a crack pipe in the console. I'm so positive that I've been driven by drivers who are UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. I've had a driver ask me to stop by a liquor store in exchange for him turning off the meter just to buy him Hard Liquor. The male who answers the phone is rude and I'm suffering from multiple Disabilities and don't want to get hurt by a high or drunk taxi driver for National Taxi. My Apartment Manager has asked me to try NOT USING NATIONAL TAXI because they're catching their drivers on the Motel side (drug dealers galore). They see a National Taxi so many times since I moved 6 weeks ago. I moved in to the renovated apartments on the other side. I've been overcharged. I've lived in Brevard since 1975, so I know when someone is taking the long way. I was frickin' raised in New York 5 minutes away from JFK. I have to say that National TaxI is worse! Now I'm going to have to pay for Uber or take a bus and I can barely walk. Don't use National Taxi because I have no idea what it's going to take for them to clean up their act. if I could give them ZERO STARS I would!!

That diver was just about past him and the taxi driver was looking at his departing passenger and started driving driving into traffic without looking. when he turned around he saw he was about to hit the car, his reaction was to blow his horn and then tail gate the driver very closely.
