SCAM --FRAUD ALERT --THIEVES !!!…read more I received a phone call from Cruisetime parking days before my cruise on 6/6/25 informing me that they were closing due to them not paying fees for their lot. The person asked me what my reservation number was and the last 4 digits of my credit card. I was told I should receive a refund in 3-5 business days. If not, call them back. I had to pay extra fees to find other parking right before my cruise to replace Cruisetime parking. When I returned from my 7 day vacation, I noticed that I still did not have to $70 credited to my account. I called Cruisetime parking and received the voicemail stating that for refund to email: park cruise@gmail.com. I sent them the following email: This is my request for a refund of reservation. I received a phone call stating that the lot was closed due to insurance fees and I would be receiving a refund. I have yet to receive the refund. I am a returning customer and have been please with prior services rendered. I am a little concerned for the delay. Please process the $70 that I prepaid to park at your lot. Sincerely, This was their response: Good Afternoon, Unfortunately Cruise Time closed, I am unable to refund any funds that were paid to Cruise Time. The best option for you would be to dispute the charge with your card company and let them know it is because Cruise Time closed permanently. Since we used Monday as our down day before our long drive home, we were in the room all day and had to drive to the gas station all day to use the facilities. Totally not acceptable, we should get a refund for that day. Not worth the money, I should have sucked it up and paid the extra $300 for the week at a comfort inn or best western, at least we would have gotten breakfast too. Subsequently, the owner replied to another review, she said they visited my room to assist several times with various requests - we only requested more coffee and towels - once during the week, never even asked for housekeeping. She also tried to tell us that we flushed a roll of toilet paper accidentally, causing the clog - it was just poop. Then she said the room lamp was destroyed due to a large medical device being plugged into the outlet, I told her about the outlet being fried within an hour after arrival.
