This place really needs to get its act together on take out. I was bored waiting for my order after 30 minutes which I made online over an hour ago. This is the second tume this has happened to me I guess I did not learn the first time. Either they need to fix the unrealistic time estimates or call people when their food is ready. I dint think I will be ordering here again. Terrible experience read more

Really great pizza. You have to go beyond a regular cheese pizza to truly appreciate the quality. Order a specialty pie like the Angry or Ivan Koloff but don't forget to add a dipping sauce or two. Our fav is the ranch and is perfectly creamy and flavorful to dip your crust in. It's a little pricy for pizza but you definitely get a higher quality pie than a regular pizza place. read more

Fun atmosphere - great service - really nice people. The space is open and clean, some 4-person tables and some counter-style seating. We had a pizza with fennel sausage. The sausage was made at A3. Amazing. Highly recommend. read more

Mixed bag. To put it briefly: good food, but way too expensive, slow service and awful atmosphere. The crostini appetizer was ONE little piece of toast with a large dollop of ricotta. What? For entrees, I got the fusilli alla vodka, my fiance got the chicken parm. Both good. But super overpriced. The chicken parm was just shy of $20 and you had to pay extra for pasta. What? The final bill ended up being comparable to a fine dining restaurant. Are you kidding? This all might be close to okay if the place didn't have essentially a pizza parlor atmosphere--very slightly elevated. Bright glaring lights. One giant communal table taking up most of the space. We sat at a tiny counter and had to sit sideways to talk to one another. This is absolutely not a place I'd go again. Managers, if you want to charge that much, you should radically change the atmosphere and service. I can't imagine how a typical family could afford to eat here, and that seems to be who they're marketing to. And make it two or three pieces of crostini. You can probably afford it. read more

Fantastic family spot for a Sunday afternoon meal. The pizza was the best thinner crust pizza I've had on the south shore (particularly the white). The caesar salad dressing was just as it should be and the staff was friendly and accommodating to our group which included 5 children. read more

We have been going to A3 since it opened. Love the pizza, however the place is highly unorganized. Two visits ago, there was hair in our salad. The server did not offer to bring a new one nor was willing to remove from the bill. This week it took 20minutes for a server to wait on us only to tell us the hostess did not assign the table. My family almost finished their pizza before my dinner came out. The server did comp us off the bill. We are staring to wonder if the pizza is worth the trouble. read more

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for take out. Tried them for the first time. The pizza was cooked perfect. I really liked the pepperoni on the pizza. The cost is about 4 bucks more than Mama Mia's. They were open past 9 and I gave them a shot and was very happy. read more

Amazing food - loved the chicken & mushroom pasta. Great kids menu and the pizza is excellent!

This. Was. Terrible. The chicken Parm was about as tasteless as the paper bag it was picked up in. The spaghetti was bland and for $12 it should have maybe more than an ounce of sauce. The Parm had a postage stamp of cheese on it and burnt to a crisp. It was take out on a Saturday night and it was awful for $60 for 3dinners I don't think so I returned the uneaten portions So, the manager was very professional, and I said I'd be back to try the pizza!:) read more

Great environment, great food! Just what we needed in the down town area! Can't wait to go back.

Solid place. Try the angry pizza and a Caesar and you'll be happy. The place is casual but nice and staff very friendly. You'll be surprised- the place is much better than it has to be. read more

Definitely !! Great food! We had the bolonaise bucatini. So good !!! Great house salad. Great staff very personalized service ! We even got to choose the music ! read more

Best pizza I've had in years on the South shore, not to mention the rest of the menu doesn't disappoint!

I love A3.... not only is the food delicious the staff and owner are amazing! They are so kind and accommodating as well! I love this little hidden gem in Kingston! I love the Caesar salad... meatballs... shrimp scampi...and chicken parmigiana! The pizzas at A3 are scrumptious! I love everything about it here! Thank you John for having this brilliant idea to open A3! Love watching John and the guys twirl those pizzas! Mangia! read more

Very good Caesar salad to start (2 people can share). Pizza was good, not great - too much cheese for my taste. Would not rush back. Service was fine. Thursday night was moderately busy, can imagine noise level could rise significantly on busier nights. If a four top sits at the communal table, the table is so wide (to accommodate pizzas I am guessing), you can barely hear the person across from you. read more

Best pizza in the area including Plymouth. Meatballs are delicious as is the fried mozzarella. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

First, the food was great, but the service was less than expected. I got their maybe 15-20 minutes early for a take out order. No problem since they were filling what looked like a very large catering order I knew mine wasn't going to be given a priority, but 10 minutes after my order was 'supposed' to be ready, I asked for a update. At that time what appeared to be a hostess, or someone in the dining area started telling me I was early and its now only a little late. Ok, I get it they had a larger order to get out, but why be hostile to me? Of course I gave her attitude back, which only made her more rude. Suggestion, while customers are NOT always right (which BTW I was) train your staff on how to deal with customers, you seem to have a few BAD reviews as it relates to service. read more

This is my favorite place in town (and we have a few great restaurants to choose from). The service and the food are consistently great. Specifically the mozzarella sticks are homemade and absolutely delicious (and filling). The marinara is very good and you can dip practically anything in it (veggies, pizza crust). The pizzas are huge and serve at least two people (w leftovers). There was a ravioli special there one time that I would go back for just in case they served it again. Lastly, the service. The kitchen is open so you can see how clean it is and how well they work together and how consistently they prepare the food. The service is always wonderful (Elissa and Karen are great) the Manager is extremely accommodating and they will often team up to cover each others tables so you don't ever wait for anything. A3 is worth traveling for, but we are so lucky to have t in our town. We love it! read more

Amazing! Pizza is unbelievable, north end quality. Best pizza I've had in a long time, I highly highly recommend this place!

Tried the pizza tonight for the first time. Made my own 3 topping, for $20 it was a bit pricey. I had a meatball, caramelized onion and ricotta on half. Ordered online and it quoted me 30min. I waited well over an hour, (but they're new and it was a Friday night) and the online service isn't always accurate for in store times, I get it! The pizza was delicious and I will definitely be back. However, I hope they can come down on prices. I think they will do well in the area, as there aren't any thin crust places available in Kingston. Hope they do well read more

Ate here tonight and it was the best pizza I've eaten since moving here from NY! The other people I was with ordered pasta which was equally as delicious! read more

I go here often with my husband. We love it. The service is consistently great (even with new servers but there doesn't appear to be a lot of turnover which is a great sign). Everything we've ever ordered has been delicious. They have savory takes on traditional menu options (carbonara for example) and a really good pepperoni pizza option where they drizzle their own honey on it after it comes out of the oven. Also the homemade mozzarella sticks may make you never eat the frozen kind again. We probably go here twice a month and have only had great experiences. I definitely recommend trying this. You may need to wait on a weekend night, because they also have a big take out service as well, but it is worth it for sure! read more

Amazing pizza in Kingston MA, SO happy when A3 opened, we have been waiting a very long time for great pizza in this area. The Sunday "family" dinner is a must; pizza, pasta and salad for take out. read more

Pizza is very good, that's about the only thing. We got the antipasto salad, it consisted of bagged lettuce, a couple pieces of cheese, some chic peas and a piece of salami for $12. Wouldn't recommend anything other than the pizza. read more

Went to A3 and loved it. First, the people are great. A3 is run by John and Hollie Cataldo who run the very popular Solstice Restaurant in. Kingston. A3 is COOL ! It's a beautiful space that reminds me of a Cambridge Pizza Restaurant. Open, spacious, clean, cool. A3 staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious. You can hang out and enjoy a game with beautiful TVs and a great vibe. C'mon down and try A3 ! read more

Delicious thin crust pizza. Cool ambience, very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Hot honey ricotta crostini was delicious but note that "hot" means spicy not warm! Still amazing. :-) read more

Wow! I ordered the "angry pizza" and it really blew me away! The secret ingredient seems to be the hot honey, and it works perfectly. The place is really nice (we ate in), service was polite and quick, really good vibe. Definitely will rerun!! read more

The pizza is for real - almost a New York slice - awesome service, clean, fun and low key.

This is one of my favorite places to order pizza. There pizza is outstanding and their spaghetti and meatballs are excellent as well. The only downside that I see is the seating when dining in, which is limited and includes a community table. Otherwise, it's one of my favorite restaurants in town. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. read more

Pizza was delicious. The chicken parm was perfect. The food is amazing, the prices are good. I would definitely go there again. Love this place, highly recommended. read more

The mushroom pizza is very good. The regular cheese pizza is average. The dining room is too noisy. The kitchen is open with most of the staff looking annoyed and disorganized. read more

We arrived fairly late (9 PM), and the place was not very crowded. Our waitress was very friendly at first. Once we ordered our pizza, then we waited and waited. We kept seeing pizzas come out, thinking it was ours, but they kept bringing them to other tables, even people who had come in after us. We were sitting at the large, communal table in the center. At the other end was another couple. Our waitress, the manager, and a few other staff members spent A LOT of time hanging out with them, joking and laughing. We actually thought they might be our watiress' parents, but she later said no, they were just regulars. Finally, the manager came over to us with a plate of meatballs. He was very apologetic, which we appreciated, and said there was a mix up and essentially someone forgot our pizza. They were just making it then. He offered the meatballs for us to eat until it was ready. It was already 9:30 PM, and I had wanted to eat pizza, not meat balls. The waitress still stood hanging out with the "regulars" at the other end of our table, and made no effort to check on us. FINALLY, our pizza came out, delivered by the manager. It was okay, but far from a great pizza. We finished eating, still no waitress. Yes, she was still joking away with the regulars, along with the manager. We got his attention to get a check. He arrived with a cannoli, and also said he would comp our glasses of wine too. I didn't want a cannoli or meatballs - just decent service and a decent pizza for $20. The manager did try (sort of), the waitress didn't at all, and we won't be returning. Hope those "regulars" come often - A3 will need their business. read more

Our meals took forever to come out. A pizza and shrimp scampi?? Our waitress spent a good amount of time over at a table talking to the owner's wife who was there dining with her son! This should never happen. On two separate occasions she came by to tell me my shrimp scampi would be out soon. My son's pizza came out half an hour after we placed our order and my scampi came out 15 minutes AFTER that, but right before it did, my son got up, went over to the kitchen doorway asking our waitress where my meal was, she was standing there talking and when my son approached her, she turned and grabbed it off the shelf where it was sitting!!!!! Waitress tried to tell me that most times their pizza always comes out before their pasta dishes an I told her, no, it should never haven taken that long for my meal! My meal wasn't even hot, the shrimp was tough, and the spaghetti it came with was soggy. I would have given it back, but I'm a diabetic and had to eat right away. My husband and I have ordered pizza from A3 in the past and we love it!! It's one of the best places around for pizza!! read more
