I went there tonight to order a Greek salad to go - I had a 20 dollar bill - The guy said "I don't have any change, can you pay another way?". I said "no, this is all I have - can you make change from the overflowing tip jar?" he says, " No - I can't do that". I said "so I can't order a salad because you won't make change?" He just looks at me!!! WTF I have been going there for over 20 years!! I will never go back! That was ridiculous. read more

What a gem of a place! We ordered the falafel sandwich ( which we were pleasantly surprised to find on the menu) and the owner, Annie, made us a special pizza to accommodate our dietary restrictions and palette. Both items were made to perfection, and were gobsmackingly delicious! But what stood out the most was the warmth of the owner and the staff, and we cannot wait to visit again! We highly recommend ordering Annie's special pizza off the menu and encourage everyone to support this warm and amazing family-run establishment! read more

Can't say enough good things about this family business . Always the freshest ingredients. Just had a craving for an Italian sub with a side of fries. Fantastic, it hit the spot! generous portions! There cheese steaks are some of the better in the area. Calzones are top notch also. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! read more

Absolutely love this place! Pizza is superb I have to say best in the area. Only place I have stumbled across with real Italian style real pizza. They put mama Mia's to shame. Every ingredient is fresh, best tasting Greek salad wraps. Chicken is literally top-tier. Full menu will literally make whatever you ask for and they're not even Italian. I mean Amazing!! The people who run the spot super nice and welcoming. If your looking for a great place for pizza subs...something quick. I highly recommend read more

Had an order all messed up called it in right away and offered to return food... woman answered said no need and would do a refund when the owner is back... he turned out to be a jerk and would only offer $5 off my next order even though it was a $20 pizza that was at question! If you look at their Facebook page there are many others with a similar complaint! read more

Ooof. I never do this because I always feel bad and don't want to hurt anyone's feelings...but this needs to be said. Please, don't waste your time ordering from here, especially if you have an "out of state" phone number. I have a CT phone number, and ordered at 1041am. We got there at 11:30 am and nothing was even started on yet. NOTHING. The owner comes in and says"oh so yeah, I saw you were from Connecticut and didn't start the order until now because I figured you had a long drive here and I didn't want it to be cold." Then ...as I waited another 30 minutes for everything to get ready, I watched behind the counter as what appeared to be one of his sons maybe, made my wraps and sandwiches WITHOUT gloves on. Ugh. And then when I had asked if he was adding shrimp to my wrap, he goes "dad, was I supposed to add shrimp to this wrap?" the dad goes "uhm yeah but you didn't charge her for it yet, right?" And then he proceeded to ask me "did you want the shrimp still? It's $4 extra..." And I said yes. And I still had to pay for the shrimp. And then I had to keep waiting. Ugh. We left at 1155am...I'm very disappointed in this place. read more

Haven't had the best experience, which is a shame because it's the food is delicious. First time I went I ordered a Greek salad and a steak and cheese. The salad came with no dressing or feta cheese. I went back and the girl behind the counter was sweet and apologetic and fixed it. The next time I called and ordered a steak and cheese for pick up and told them what time I would be there 45 minutes from then. I got to the store and they hadn't even started it. Tonight I didn't want to cook so we agreed to order a pizza. We decided on the steak special which comes with steak, blended cheese, peppers and onions. We put a memo for only peppers and onions on 1/2 because my boyfriend will NOT eat them. I tried to call to order but I couldn't get threw. Ordered online and figured I'd call in a few mins and make sure that it was clear. Still couldn't get through. Pizza comes, super sweet delivery guy tells us that's just how it comes. we take it and look online, you can clearly see the request. Couldn't get through to anyone when I called. Online support stopped responding. Not happy, such a shame. Food is great. read more

Well, this place is really amazing. Little hole in the wall type of setting. The calzones are awesome. Very glad that I found this place. Annie was especially helpful and courteous. Looking forward to our next meal here. read more

I ordered an Italian sub. We all know what that entails; various types of meats and vegetables and oils and seasonings. Guess what I got! A few pieces of bologna, a piece of salami and a piece of cheese thrown in a roll. Absolutely awful and disgusting. Never ordering that from there again, and definitely not ordering past 8pm when the workers don't care anymore and just want to leave. Also, it took an hour and a half to get that food delivered to me. Ordered it around 8pm and got it around 9:30pm. And because of this, I did not call them to complain as it was already late and I did not want to wait longer as well as making my delivery driver go there and back multiple times. But I will say, however, I ordered a Buffalo chicken calzone from there and it was delicious. You win some you lose some. read more

The pizza was extremely greasy. Couldn't eat it, crust was soaked in grease. Had to throw it all away. Cheese fries were OK. read more

I will never order from this place again!!! I am a nurse working on a rapid response team for the state of MA and work 16 hour days. I don't normally eat because they are all covid facilities. Well, I was exhausted and hungry today and decided to order food online. We bought 2 sandwiches and chose to make them a meal with the option given to me of Sierra mist. When the driver arrived, he handed me one Pepsi. He was sorry and said to call. The jerk that answered the phone said that everyone knows he only has Pepsi, diet Pepsi, mountain dew. He was rude and said what do you want me to do, I asked for Sierra mist. He refused and I asked for a refund. He refused!!! Then he started yelling at me, cussed at me and called me a bitch, when I asked why he was yelling at me after I stated again, I wanted the drinks, that we had zero of, refunded!! He hung up on me. I called him back and he immediately was yelling at me again. I yelled back and he threatened to come kick my ass at my location!! Fucking asshole, I told him to come and try!! The food was cold, the French fries were soggy and the bacon on the BLT was minimal!! The fried cheesecake bites dessert was full burrito sized and he gave me the wrong dipping sauce!! So now I'm disappointed with my food and very thirsty!! DO NOT ORDER OR SUPPORT THIS ASSHOLE!!!!!! read more

Ok, I'll admit that once or twice at most I got someone who was a little ruff around the edges. In my experience it's when they were slammed, overwhelmed and under staffed. The food is excellent and worth getting someone on the phone taking your order whos have a day! Can we just take it for what it is and not take it so personally! THE FOOD IS GREAT!! I wrote this review because I read a very negative one that gave only stars and I feel that's not fair. read more

Two words for you. Order. Online. I love that in a business. I have yet to find a delivery place i love li When this pizza is hot out of the oven its so good. And again, ppl r so nice. I dont understand the low stars? read more

These folks are great, during the pandemic they take care to do contactless delivery and I've had steak tips, a cheese pizza, Italian sub and chicken fingers and deep fried cheesecake, it's all been on time and delicious, I like to support local opposed to chains and these guys are my go to! read more

Not sure why this place go so many negative reviews on here, got pizza from Napoli for the first time tonight and it was great. It's Italian style which is a welcome change from the mostly Greek offerings around. Delivery was quick, Pizza was fresh on arrival, and sauce was flavorful. Not much else to say other then a solid pie on the South Shore. Napoli Will for sure be my new goto place when getting delivery in the area. read more

Rude and impatient man on the phone. He charged me $1.00 for extra mayo (because they tend to be skimpy) and rang it in as blue cheese. Which I would understand because blue cheese is expensive. I confirmed the charge and he was arrogant. I said, "o.k. but I won't be back". He told me no problem, suit yourself and doesn't bother him! I get times are tough but pizza places usually made out ok, but not all the customers did! read more

Customer service very unpleasant over the phone and closes early then times stated "apparently".

I had a Steak Bomb sub from Napoli Pizza for lunch today and it was one of the best subs I've ever had...meat was fresh and tender and flavor was awesome..no skimping here...service was prompt and courteous. I'll definitely be back. read more

Ordered a steak tip wrap, it was tough flank steak drowned in dressing. I will eat almost anything, I threw this away.

Great pizzas!!! The owner/manager guy was super nice and accommodated our big order in awesome way! If I visit to Kingston area, I will definitely order from them again!! read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude owner would not correct error that we clearly stated in order online and even called again to confirm. It's a shame that their food is so good and the customer service so terrible. Won't be back. read more

Ordered online. Only had two of four things I ordered and didn't bother to tell me before I got there or while I was waiting. Also, the guy talking to me has his mask around his chin. And the other person making pizza not wearing gloves. Overall, I would not order from here again. Looked really gross inside. read more

Everything I've ever eaten there was delicious! Highly recommended the pizza to the subs taste like everything you could ask for

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister ordered food here because they do have great food but the service is poor and the people are rude. We order food from here all the time and deal with the rudeness of the staff. We called and placed and order but forgot one of the subs we call back to add ONE sub on and they DOUBLED my sister order! The $40 dinners turned to $80 and they refused to refund. Horrible and the last time we will ever order from there. read more

I had a meatball grinder. The meatballs were made in-house and were very good. There wasn't too much sauce and just enough provolone cheese. I've eaten every time I've been there so I can't speak for delivery times. The owner mentioned he is adding calamari, shrimp and fish & chips to the menu starting next week. read more

Tonight I ordered Buffalo chicken bites ,asked for Blue cheese dressing...I was informed they came with it, I also ordered a small Italian calzone !!! I was informed by the greeter/order person that the calzone automatically comes with marina Sauce...Delivery was promised in an 1/2 hour....took 45. Long story short.....we never got our sauces / dressing !!!! Even tho the description on the Buffalo bites did not specify that they were stuffed with a small piece of BC....that description needs to be changed. So I called back immediately and they to come had back here...just to give me the sauces read more

Well, based on these reviews I was taking my life into my own hands... But as a seasoned south shore tourist I thought I would see if a 2 review 1 star restaurant (worst rating I have ever seen on yelp) couldn't possibly be wrong... Well, I was right... I had the world famous steak and cheese and it was great. I took the owners abuse because I did not want the owner or his wife to spit in it... If they did I didn't notice. The ambiance was south shore all the way... Kind of in that... U know the difference between Kingston and Plymouth... Kind of way. I am now abandoning the Lobster Hut as my south of Brant Rock must stop when on my south shore tours. Try it. It's awesome... read more

I work about twelve feet away from this restaurant, and I used to order twice a week. Not anymore. Those were the good days. Just called, the computers were down....good god, it was impossible to even give them the order. I knew it was going downhill from there. I didn't like the service, so I decided to tweak the dude a bit. I gave him teh phone number without the area code, and he spits back at me "......NAUGHT ENUFF NUMBAHS." And then he says it again. I feel like wiping off my ear from the grease that just came through the phone. I'm right down the street from you, its the same area code as you," I say back. "I'm not from Kingston, how am I supposed to know what the area code is?" Its pretty easy to say that I overreacted when I tell you that I cancelled the order and hung up after that, but you'll never hear HOW he said the last part of his sentence. Like a four year old. And do I trust my food from a four year old. Do yourself a favor, and skip this place. This was the straw that broke the camels back, I've easily eaten there over 100 times over the last ten years, but never again. People used to be able to run pizzerias without computers, and this place needs to go back to that space and time, cause they were much better then and had smarter employees. My personal favorite is when the wife is yelling at the husband, or the child, all the while cooking on the grill or making a sandwich at the table...Napolis used to make the BEST Steak and Cheese, but they lost me a long time ago. read more

I've ordered from this restaurant twice already (both online) and both times my customized orders were completed perfectly and the second time I had ordered about 10 pizzas for a party, earlier in the morning I scheduled delivery for 5PM and they literally showed up at 5PM exactly. Very impressive customer service in addition to delicious food. I'll definitely order again and I strongly recommend them. read more

Called Papa Gino's and was immediately placed on hold for a good 5 minutes. When I do get to speak with someone and say delivery, he remarks that the delivery time will be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Annoyed that I say I still want to place the order this KID gives me a blatant attitude. I say forget it, call Napoli's and have a pleasant conversation with a polite woman, my address is on file with my number, it's that easy and painless and my pizza will be here in 30 minutes. I will never waste my time with any other pizza delivery, Napoli's wins!!! read more

Always very pleased with the pizza and salads. Order probably every month or so with both delivery and pick up. Delivery has always been reliable. Tonight we ordered our pizza extra sauce and crispy crust (which my husband is particular about) and numerous other pizza places can not get right. Napoli's was by far the best he's ever had - made perfectly as ordered! The food business is a hard business - I see how hard they work - 7 days a week - all day. Thank you Napoli's - can always depend on getting a delicious pizza from here. read more

These people are absolute crooks. Do not order from them. I asked for a calzone with condiments inside. They delivered everything separate. When I called to tell them the mistake they said they never put mayonnaise inside a calzone. I told them that I have had calzones from other places that have done it and they said they do not. I told them that if that was the case then I should have been told that when ordering as I would have ordered from somewhere else. The man said again, they don't put mayo in calzones and I asked for a refund. The man refused and said he would give a credit for next time I order. I told him I would not order from him if they don't prepare the food the way I want it done. He then hung up on me. I called back and the man said he hung up on me because I said I wasn't going to order from him anymore. Rude, nasty, and extremely unprofessional - this place has a lot to learn about customer service and how to treat people in general. read more

Wouldn't swap a garden to a Caesar in their special? Same price on the menu. Not sure what the big deal was. Bad customer service!

Pizza is fantastic, awesome subs and great dishes. Nothing but good things to say about This place.

Great pizza and always fast. The sauce is sweet and the crust is crunchy. Only have had a chicken parm sub from there but was pretty good. Would recommend. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! Exspecially I think it's the owner!!! I do admit the steak n cheese is really good if u pick it up and don't have it delivered because if u choose delievery u will b waiting for hours! Sometimes u may have to call them and remind them 2 hours later!!! Then they mess up and they tell u "they never make mistakes" well guess what u did!!! Then they over charge u but they don't give u proper receipt so u know exactly how much! But from my calculation it was atleast $4. I've given them many chances because it is so close to work but I will never go back because it just gets worse and worse! read more

The food itself is nothing special and the place is a dump inside, but that's not what gives this place the 1 star (zero if it was an option). It's fatal flaw is it's absolutely horrible service. Delivery will take hours, even on slow nights, and that's if it even comes at all (multiple occasions they closed after charging my card and never bringing the food). And when you call in for pick up instead they wait until you walk in the door to start your order. Finally on one occasion I told them the name on the order, to which the owner walked back to the freezer and start to collect the ingredients, all the time yelling angrily in Greek. I watched as he made my three pizzas and placed them in the oven, still not having said a single word to me. Then he walked to the register and politely asked for $40 (the menu price was $8 each). When I played dumb and asked if my order was ready, since he notified me on the phone it would be 15 minutes and it was now 30 minutes later. He told me to F*** off and take my business somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration. Go to anyone of the exceedingly better, still close by pizza places. My recommendation, Mama Mia's read more
