One of the best pizzas on the south shore. Plenty of great options for toppings. Gets a little busy at peak times.

BEST BEST BEST...had Eggplant Parm, spaghetti and a side of meatballs...Always have their pizza and out of the 14 other pizza places in Kingston A3 takes it...guess we'll be going back next week for the Lasagna! Thanks! Gary & Betsy...also if there's no answer try again just very busy, closed Mondays read more

I've been here a number of times with great results, the pizza was delicious, this past Saturday night, not so much. Order pickup was for 6:07 , I stepped in at 6:09 and grabbed the 2 pizzas I ordered and made my 10 minute drive home. When I opened the boxes the pizzas were dry and cold and the crust was cooked more than usual, ate one slice and was done. Hopefully it was a bad night, I will try it again but it was a bad experience . read more

We ordered Sunday Supper which is very nice on a Sunday night. But the restaurant on Sunday night has just High School kids working no Assistant Manager or owner to help out with the High School kids. Have not yet got on a Sunday night order correct yet. Pizza burnt and restaurant very disorganized. If the restaurant is open on Sunday night staff correctly on just don't open. So good luck ordering on a Sunday Night!!!! read more

Had my first pie at A3 last night. Our party tried 2 different offerings . Both quit good. Service very good except for small kitchen snafu. Plan to return soon and try other menu items. They all looked great going by. read more

Pizza is the best in Kingston and our server Ava was great. Will definitely be back.

Wow! My daughter and I stopped in for a Nor'Easter dinner tonight. We had two diet cokes, fried mozzarella, and their margarita pizza! Have to say it was amazing! The fried mozzarella tasted fresh and home made not store bought. The margarita pizza was the best we've had south of the North End. (Can't compare to Town Spa, Linwood cafe, or Venus - Whitman) as bar pizza is a different animal altogether. The pizza had fresh basil and mozzarella! It was mouthwatering! The staff were very friendly, the cooks were very cool. I have to hand it to them. When they lost power, nobody missed a beat! Staff and customers acted as if nothing happened and carried on as usual! Great friendly atmosphere! It was a little loud, but I thought it was great! All in all, I'd highly recommend A3 (named after the Italian interstate, and ironically on RT3A in Kingston! read more

First time and definitely not the last ! Heard all the reviews and hype and well ,,,,,,all 5 stars hype is legit. Pizza was out of this world (well Out of this area) New York for sure ! We have some great bar pizza places for sure but toasted bottom , fresh hand sliced toppings exceptional staff lots of smiles (Elissa) from the second we walked in the door ! Exceptional !!! read more

The pizza we had was great, no exceptions- just DONT EXPECT go 530-630 on Friday for takeout- everyone and their kids are there picking up pizza and the wait stretches out to an hour from your order time- do yourself a favor and go another day, and avoid the 530-630 time slot! read more

A3 is awesome! Wish they offered delivery, there's little parking and the whole purpose of pizza is not having to make or pick up dinner

The only people who know what they're doing at A3 are the adults in the kitchen. The teenagers working the front have no clue how to run a restaurant. I ordered a chicken cutlet, sauce on the side, and garlic bread over the phone; an extremely simple order. I even repeated it three times and had the girl on the phone repeat it back to me (because I've had previous bad experiences similar to this). When I arrived, there was no garlic bread; just chicken and sauce. Not only did the girl at the counter not acknowledge it was a mistake, but she tried to make me just accept the order as is. I told her that I wanted the garlic bread I ordered. So, she put in a new order for garlic bread and told me it would be right out. After waiting 20 additional minutes (it wasn't even busy so I don't know why it took this long), I told her that my chicken was cold, I no longer wanted the garlic bread/I wanted to be refunded for it. Instead of refunding me, she refused, and had me wait an additional 5 minutes. By the time I got home, my chicken had been sitting out for 45 minutes AND I realized she overcharged me for the garlic bread. Whomever manages this place needs to hire actual competent adults or train the teenagers they hire. Because it's unacceptable. read more

hands down, the worst dining experience of my life. not only did we wait over 2 hours for our food that never showed up, when we decided it was time to go since the food was served to another table, the manager not only did not apologize once, she threw her hand in our face and told us we were all set and yelled BYE! I asked her politely if we had done something wrong by leaving after sitting for 2 hours with no good and she just kept throwing her hand in my face telling me I'm all set. I've never ever been treated this poorly in a restaurant before in my life. i wouldn't even give this a 1 star but unfortunately it's making me pick at least one. read more

Found this place on help and had high expectations. Don't get me wrong the food was good. But they should know their limits. We placed an order over the phone and when we got there it was not ready. We got there 15 minutes past what they told us. The place was packed and they were having a hard time keeping up. Our order had not even started cooking when we got there. Finally about 30 minutes later we were able to get our food. The price was also on the higher end. But I don't mind paying for something as long as they can deliver quality and service. They should either hire more staff or turn away business. read more

Terrible staff management. The waitresses were nice with the bussers and hostess being great as well. The manager was rude, cruel, and outright mean to almost every employee and customer. Die to the open kitchen I can see her rambling to the staff how they weren't doing their job when she's the real problem. Great cooks and food. Won't eat there again!! read more

I've dined at A3 several times over the past six or so months and have always been happy with both the food and service. Pizza is probably where A3 shines the brightest and though they may be slightly more expensive I think they're probably the best in the local area. The fusilli ala vodka with sausage has been one of my favorites and the portion size for all pastas is consistent with the price. I've pretty much always had extra to take home. Chicken parm with the added pasta does look pricey on first glance but it is a massive piece of chicken and it's very good. I'd recommend splitting it and sharing another entree. I understand some griping about the prices at A3 but I think the portion sizes and overall quality make it a good value and I'd definitely recommend it. read more

Came here to check it out and while extremely busy and everything taking a bit longer was still pleased. Kids got meatballs and pasta and the meatball was great! We shared lasagna and chick parm which didn't disappoint. Next time plan to try the pizza which was flying out the door as takeout. Definitely recommend. read more

Previous experience has been very good, but Friday night I waited an hour for pickup only to receive a well-burned cheese pizza:( Very disappointing to think they care so little to let this product go out the door. Had a similar experience in another establishment for dine in, they explained and apologized for the delay and put a new one in without being asked. That's how it should be done! read more

I went in for dinner with my husband and 2 kids on a whim and wow! The pizza was amazing! I'm not a salad person either but we shared the house salad and it was perfection! If you haven't been so yourself a favor and order the margarita pizza with pepperoni on top. Amazing!! Now I crave it every week! The restaurant is clean and I love the large table in the middle that you can share with other patrons. read more

A3 - Margarita pizza with pepperoni - Pizza Near Me - Kingston, Massachusetts

Saw this place on Phantom Gourmet last weekend and couldn't wait to check it out. The lovely ladies that greeted us when we arrived were so welcoming we immediately felt comfortable. Our server (Christine I think) was amazing. We sat at the bar so we got to watch everything that was sent out of the VERY clean kitchen and there wasn't anything we didn't want to try. Mozzarella sticks were great, my guy had to have the angry pizza, too spicy for me but I am wimpy with spice, he actually is having the leftover pizza this morning for breakfast. Definitely a "dish worth driving too", the phantom was right! read more

Great spot for a pizza and beyond! I went with me wife and daughter on a Sunday and we loved all our food. We got a spicy arrabbiata pizza which was sweet and spicy. 10/10. We also got a chicken cutlet which was fantastic. The caesar salad, which was very good. They were very busy and the service was still top notch. read more

Absolute trash and waste of money. They should be ashamed of the prices they charge for the poor quality of food they provide. Ordered three pizzas and an antipasto salad. The antipasto salad had one cup of lettuce ( and I'm being generous here folks) with 1 inch cubes of Parmesan ( I would have broke my fork and teeth trying to chew through it) and was certainly not worth the 17 dollars they are charging.( salads aren't hard to make, clearly just lazy lazy employees that don't want to cut the cheese right, no pun intended) Pizzas were way over cooked and greasy beyond belief. Certainly not worth the money by any means. Save your money and disappointment and go ANYWHERE ELSE. ( I think papa Gino's is still open by big y). read more

This was something I had an interest in trying after seeing it on phantom gourmet. The atmosphere was very clean and the waitress was attentive. My husband and I shared a few things on the menu and we were not disappointed. The meatball appetizer was delicious and moist. The chicken parm was large in portion and extremely flavorful. But the pizza was by far the best thing we had. We live 45 minutes away and we will be back. Only negative is that the restaurant it right beside a train track and the train passed twice which was quite noisy read more

Wow! We stumbled upon this place tonight and we are so glad we did. It's clean, comfortable, and the food is awesome. The pizza with the hot honey is amazing. Hot honey, yum. They even gave us a complimentary specialty drink. Great people and food. Will most definitely be back. Try this place! read more

Love, love the pizza. Best eaten in house, wouldn't order for take out as it is so thin it will be cold by the time it reaches you. We have been several times and enjoyed the Johnny and Ivan, meatballs are great but salad is a miss. Have tried pasta a couple of times and have yet to be impressed. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, big sister restaurant could take a lesson! We are bigs fans of the pizza and recommend frequently. read more

Awesome place. Cozy, friendly. Always a great pie or pasta dish. John and crew do a great job! No surprise.

We started with the meatball app. They give you 3 large meatballs that were very good. We ordered two pizzas that were cooked perfectly. One was the pepperoni with the s icy honey sauce. The other was a fried chicken with white sauce. The seating arrangements were different and pretty cool. The waitress was very nice. The prices are just a little on the high side for pizza. read more

Pizza is incredible!!! Service top notch & cool environment. Simply good food, good quality. I have always been a fan of the owner's other restaurant, Solstice. This is such a bonus. Excellent food right down the street from me. It's very busy inside and could use a full bar, but overall.. no complaints! read more

Pizza is "to die for"!! Recommend ordering it crispy (well done). Interesting choices, salami and carmelized onions is my favorite. Not your mother's salami!! read more

After a long search for good pizza in the Plymouth/Kingston area, my search has finally paid off. So delicious, and great pasta and appetizers! The waitress we had (I believe Elissa) was beyond amazing. So friendly and bubbly! Made us feel at home & comfortable, and gave great suggestions! I had the Angry Pizza and the hot honey was a nice touch. My friend had a pasta dish that was also delicious. Definitely going back! YUM! read more

I've been having A3 pizza dreams since we first visited. We went soon after they opened. Meatball app was great. Pizzas are a good size for the price and quality. Some other local places charge a lot more. We wanted to try a basic cheese and decided on half pepperoni. Sitting at the bar, one of the cooks suggested we must try the Hot Honey on the pepperoni. Amazing addition to the pie. They are doing it right here!! Can't wait to go back. read more

This is the worst pizza I've ever had in my seventy years of life The price is three times Domino's Pizza and the taste is undescribable very bad Pizza is barely 1/16 of an inch I came through with no pizza sauce on it at all and taste like shoe leather please do not go there you'll get sick We got takeout I had taken 1/2 hour to arrange this pizza Full of nasty tasting stuff We had not have pizza in quite a while so I thought this place in downtown Kingston would be pretty good it was disgusting I have got pizza from market basket a few times it is a thick pizza lots of sauce lots of cheese and lots of pepperoni it is much much better than A3 read more

Devon is always the best waitress. She is funny and attentive. We can always count on a perfect night out at A3!

Really good pizza, especially the white based pizza. Not a huge menu, but been a few times and everything tastes fresh and delicious. Love the crostini appetizers, especially the ricotta with hot honey. Great beer selection and warm, sleek atmosphere. Minor complaints include a very small parking lot and high top tables which aren't super kid-friendly. Overall, really high quality upscale local pizza place. read more

First visit brought mediocre food and service and a large price tag. Tried it last weekend to see if the kinks were worked out. No hostess in sight and the place was empty so we walked in and sat in front of the brick oven. I said hello how are you and the 2 employees gave us a weird, blank stare. The the hostess appeared and said we are closed due to weather. That's fine, but left there feeling like we were a bit mistreated as far as customer service. All the guys had to do was acknowledge us and say her we are closed, instead of staring us down. Will NEVER return read more

Used to be great. Now it seems like the pizza has covid. They just can't get it right anymore. We waited outside for an extra 45 minutes, didn't even get what we ordered because they screwed it up, plus - what they gave us wasn't any good. Prob won't order from them again until they figure it out. We've ordered from them a lot and it has been a steady decline lately. read more

Our first time coming to A3, we sat at the large center table were we waiting quite a few before anyone came over. The couple next to us who got here after us were served drinks right away as we continued to wait. We got a half cheese half mushroom. The pizza was good but I do not think worth $17.50. I found it amusing that their food was a little pricey but they use paper plates. Service was okay nothing too crazy for the small restaurant, sort of awkward when you looked up you couldn't help my eye contact with the people across the table. Overall it was okay, not sure If we'd come back. read more
