I explained that I had a 47 year old spring-driven pendulum schoolhouse wall clock that needed some tender loving care. I made an appointment to bring it in a week later. Dropping it off I explained the issues to Marc and waited for the call pick it up. I picked it up today and it is ticking just like it did when we first purchased it. The other shops took longer and could not give me a time frame or an estimate. They did exactly what they said they would.
