Even though I was nearly an hour from him, he was still eager to help. He constantly communicated his ETA with me, which was very nice as far as reassurance. He was quick to change my tire to a spare! He charged a fair price even with him coming to a further distance. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. The icing on the cake was the fact that after everything was done and the car was delivered, I got a call to ask me if everything went well. That is what customer service looks like!! I called the provider to follow up and he canceled the drive and told them I canceled the request. He didn't want a negative score with the carrier because he forgot to send a driver so he lied. We are still on the interstate waiting on a different towing company. This is ridiculous. If you forgot just say you did and fix it. Why lie?

I waited an hour before making contact as no one has shown up or contacted me. . Felix Vlad unfortunately did not do his job. He checked with the driver & advised me the driver was still 15 mins or more away. I expressed concern as I was actually in a dangerous location & per Steele's the driver was to arrive in 45 mins. Mr. Vlad denied this, I expressed I didn't want to speak with him further & hung up. 10 mins later in a retaliatory act my tow was canceled & this employee LIED & noted on the file I had yelled & argued with him. THESE very actions have started the beginning of a regulatory review! DO BETTER BE PROFESSIONALS!! HORRIBLE SERVICES!
