Superclean is a small locally owned business run by a husband and wife team. It is located just off hwy 17 and not obvious from the road. They give an estimate and schedule only one vehicle a day with a deposit. I scheduled one week out. Drop off at 930 and pick up by 4. They provide free transport if needed. Now frankly, I was a bit floored when the first estimate was $1200. It included cream coating exterior damage, engine cleaning, full undercarriage cleaning, the works. That was out of my budget so we dropped off the engine, the undercarriage and the cream coat. We settled on $800 for headlight cleaning, interior heat/steam extraction, over all cleaning and exterior wash/wax. I dropped it off and I returned just before 4pm. I was looking at a car that resembled mine, except this car looked pretty much new! The engine was sparkling, the tires were sparkling, the scratches were reduced and some even disappeared! The interior was like new. Every mark, stain, and piece of dirt, food, leaves, debris - GONE!! I was in shock in the very best way! I could not believe the attention to detail! Amazing! Yes it was expensive, but not when I consider everything is done on site BY HAND, in one day! I don't think most cars are driven off the lot in as good condition as my car! The engine and wheels were thrown in just out of the goodness of their heart. These two owners are NICE people. They work REALLY hard, they take great pride in the service they provide and don't take any short cuts. They recognize some people are willing and able to invest money in maintaining the appearance of their vehicle. Before this I would have dropped this amount on mechanics, and never considered maintaining my car's interior and exterior. Now I am so proud driving around my new looking car, and no french fries, dirty shoes or leaves allowed! If you are looking for this type of attention to detail and want to invest in your vehicle, give this local business your business. If you want some cheap car wash vacuum service, this is not it. This business is first class all the way!

The mechanic finally came out and told me I was "6k miles overdue on my spark plugs" I told him my REGULAR mechanic just changed them maybe 2 months ago. This was the first red flag, as a woman by myself I could sense they were trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. Then he goes on to say I have an oil leak--the worst/hardest kind to fix, and gave me a quote of over $1000. I had just in the last few months had a lot of work done on my car, diagnostic as well, and found it pretty convenient my regular mechanic didn't catch an oil leak but they somehow did. I declined the estimate, took my car home and spoke with multiple mechanics. I let cardboard sit under my car for several days and not a drop of oil appeared. At the advice of my mechanic I also let my engine idle for 15 minutes with the cardboard underneath, as he said some leaks do not drip until pressure builds in the engine. Still NOT A DROP! He explained to me that companies like HARRIS send out these coupons for oil changes to get you in the door, and then upsell you on all this work you don't need. They make very little money just doing oil changes all day why else would they practice business this way when they are a full service garage? I will NEVER return, and shame on them for trying to scam a young woman by herself, just trying to get her oil changed for a good price.

We've complained about this process several times. We don't understand why AAA keeps damaging their reputation by letting these liars stay on their service provider list.
