I live 1300 miles away from A2Z Auto Repair, and they take care of my daughter and her car like family. She's a junior at FSU, and drives home and forth each year. A2Z are good mechanics -- they know how to identify root causes to issues and differentiate between "must repair / likely to break down" and "repair needed soon / okay to defer". It's a high mileage car that needs to last a few more years, and they have been excellent partners in achieving this goal with us. read more

Real honest, genuine, helpful, and hardworking individuals. They solved my mechanical problems in a jiffy. Shoutout to Yusef who assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. If you ever have trouble with your vehicle make sure to pass by them, they will get you right! read more

Easily the best mechanic shop in Tallahassee. Don't take my vehicles anywhere else and haven't for years read more

The brothers are liars especially Casey they don't honor their work and need to learn how to be professional I don't recommend they will over charge you. Go to C.A.R.S read more

I've taken my car here twice. Each time they've been straight to the point about the issues I was having. I have an older car so it tends to have issues pop up frequently. They make me aware of other issues but have never pressured me to get a service done outside of what I brought it in for. Honest services. read more

Tyra, KC, and the rest of the team over at A2Z are the absolute best! I've been dealing with AC issues in my Nissan Altima for over 2 years. I'd taken it to multiple repair shops, including TWO separate Nissan dealerships, and NONE of them were able to figure out the issue with my AC, but they charged me to try. I read about A2Z online and decided to try them, and KC figured out my issue within one day! ONE DAY! After more than two years of headaches. He then gave me the option to do the more expensive, but effective option, or the less expensive, "put a bandage over it" option. Me being a broke college student, I chose the cheaper option, but ended up needing the expensive option anyway, which is no fault to KC and crew at all. I had to bring my car in a few times to try "cheaper" alternatives, before deciding to just bite the bullet and go the expensive route. Along the way, KC and Tyra explained EVERY detail of what they were doing, how much it would cost, and the pros and cons of going said route. I was never in the dark about the work they were doing on my car, and it actually helped me learn more about my car and cars in general. In the end, KC was able to get my AC blowing like BRAND NEW. I legit have to turn the air down after a minute or two, now. Also, every appointment that I made, Tyra was there to schedule and assist me with a smile and some good conversation. The service was so good that they became like family to me, and I'd find myself taking my car to them for the smallest things, just to catch up with them! They're so amazing that I got into a fender bender and they fixed the small damage to my car FOR FREE! Like, REALLY, they're that amazing!! That's how ALL dealerships and repair shops should be! Honest and affordable work, and a real sense of community! Sadly, I graduated and had to move to California, but if I could bring KC, Tyra and the rest of the crew with me, I would! But I HAD to leave this review to let everyone in Tallahassee know who the best mechanics in town are! Bring you car to A2Z Auto Repair, they are the ONLY shop that I've truly trusted to fix my car at the right price. I promise, this is not paid for. I am not a "plant". I was a desperate FSU student with a broken AC in the hot Tallahassee summer, and I just happened to get lucky by taking my car to A2Z. They are THE BEST! Ps. Don't be expecting free work, nah. They only did it for me because I'm cool like that. Y'all might be able to get a lil 5% off if you act right. read more

From outside of this place you can tell it's a right spot. Clean, tide and very organized. The guy at the fronts desk was very polite and welcomed. Kasim is a pro, he found the issues that I have with my Chevy Malibu and gave me reasonable price. Quick and reliable service, astonishing. Highly recommend this place read more

These guys are simply the best! I found them when I needed a tire put on my jeep. I got the tire at my grandpas shop but couldn't get my car up there. These guys were the only ones who didn't treat me like trash and put it on for me! They mentioned a few things to look at, but didn't push anything and were honest about whether or not it was serious. Fast forward miss cranky pants didn't want to crank and they took care of her! They were super great to work with and did the work fast! This time it was a starter and battery. Well, unfortunately, the starter was trash and tanked a few months out. He replaced it under warranty and it cost me nothing. He thought it might've been something else, but thankfully not. Definitely recommend them because they don't push you to fix things just to make a buck. Honest people and very happy I found them! Also, shout out to the lady at the front desk! She is great and loved chatting with her when I called to explain why my car was dropped off by another tow truck read more

A2Z Auto Repair - 2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport - Auto Repair Near Me - Tallahassee, Florida

I have been to A2Z Auto for minor maintenance and major repairs, always receiving a fair price and friendly, quick, and professional service. KC, the lead technician always tells me exactly what I need and nothing unexpected is added. Tara in the office is always super friendly and gives me good advice while I wait. I have brought my car for a valve gasket replacement, door lock sensor diagnostic/fix, and minor oil changes. They care about their work and the customer being happy. If something is not how I want and they are able to fix it, they do it right. They treat me well and I would highly recommend A2Z for anyone in Tallahassee who wants great service at a fair price. I won't call any shop out, but quotes from other shops seem unrealistic and insulting compared to the competitive prices I receive here. read more

The facilities inside the office could use some housekeeping, but the service was great. We were in and out in less than an hour. Would recommend. read more

My daughter just left this location and they refused to help her as we wanted to verify if they had warranties on new tires. Full transparency it took us some time to decide what we wanted to do as they do not provide a warranty. When she tried to pay the deposit so they can order the tires - the technician advised her to just go to Pep Boys. This is horrible service, as a young woman that needs new tires you refuse to help her. I don't think they realize how quickly poor customer service spreads. read more
