From a normal servicing, to changing the whole look of my car, I don't go anywhere else. Arthur is very detailed oriented and he is very honest about his work. This place was awful. After showing up for a scheduled appointment, they let us know that our part has yet to arrive and we'd have to come back another day. No phone call. When we came back, they said it would take about 4 hrs to complete. Wow, that's a long time. But whatever, what can we do? After FOUR HOURS, they called to tell us that they sent the wrong device and couldn't complete the service. It took 4 hrs to figure that out? I was mishandled at A2Z Auto by Artur despite the great reviews and referrals. I was given a previous loan estimate from another dealership diagnosing my car. I sent in the estimate which Artur gave me his word he would look over my car to confirm what the problem was. After he confirmed, I left my car at his shop. Upon pick-up I realized that the same issue I had with the car was not corrected. When confronting Artur, he was unavailable and was out to lunch. He was not able to come back to inspect the vehicle. I left the vehicle at his shop in hopes to be fixed just to have him turn around and tell me " I did what you told me to do" as if I am a mechanic. I gave him the estimate and he confirmed what the problem was... The blame was then on me to pay over 2k for the vehicle after it was not fixed. I do not find this to be a good honest shop because of this and I will not be returning nor recommending him to anyone. read more

When I met Arthur he was a mechanic at Towbin Bentley some years ago be for he had his own shop. I was introduced to Arthur by somebody who was driving a custom Bentley GT at the time. I figured if he worked at Towbin Bentley and my boy trusted him he can most definitely work on my Mercedes E55 AMG. I remember my very first experience with him checking my check engine light that came on. He hooked up some device to the car erased the code to turn the light off & told me if it comes back on just bring it back to him & he would do a in depth Dionostic and then told me to have a nice day! I asked him how much I owed him? He laughed, then told me I don't owe him anything & to go enjoy my ride! I tried to at least give the guy a tip but he refused to take @ least a twenty from me. I mean mercedes would have more than likely charged me a couple hundred bucks and told me it was sum BS fix they've done! Guess what.... The light never came back on!!! That's what got me to really trust how honest this man really is!!! These shops will make up something just to take your money & break something else so u would have to come back later!! So what sold me on his skills was when my boy blew out one of his turbos in his Bentley. The cost was upward of I believe 10k -12k if I'm not mistaken!!! But of course Arthur being Arthur worked his magic & got it covered for if I remember correctly around 6k - 8k!!! I know shit that's still a lot of doe right?!? But it's better than 12k was all my boy kept repeating to me! Well Arthur sent him a picture of his motor taking apart to where there was 3 or four sections of the dismantled motor with screws & all kinds of parts layered out!!! When my boy showed me the picture of his motor ripped apart I was the one freaking out & asked him... You are not scared?!? He was like naw he will get it done. Sure enough Arthur had him up and running ASAP like it wasn't nothing!!! That's when I was sold and I will not take any vehicle to anyone other than to him!!!!!! I took my E55 AMG back to Arthur for different things over the years I had the car. I got to know how honest and genuine he real is and got to know him to the point where I call him a brother!!! Like today (08-15-18) I had to stop by his shop just to check on him because I haven't seen him in for ever because I don't have any car issues to bring to him! I figured I might not have any car problems for who knows how long so I went to his shop just to say hi & check on him!!! That's the relationship I've built with him over the years of him helping me with all my cars as well as my 2015 BMW S1000 RR motorcycle. Over the years he has saved me tons of money by me not having to take my mercedes to the dealership! They were gonna charge me $500 for my passenger seatbelt getting stuck and would not retract. They told me $500 without even taking the time to look at what was wrong! They said nope it's $500 to replace it! I asked Arthur just to take a look at it when I was getting something else fixed. When I picked up the car the problem I took it there for was fixed and he gave me the bill. I asked him, what about the seatbelt? Did u take a look at it? He replied yes it was getting caught and I just unwind it all the way and it lined itself back up and retracted on its own. He then said If i have a problem with it just bring it back. Then he told me he took my dash apart & ran an AUXILIARY cord threw it so I can hook up my iPhone. I then asked how much do i owe for that?!? He said you didn't ask me to do that so don't worry about it! I started to feel like I'm gonna put this guy out of business if he keeps this madness up!!!!! But I never had a problem with my seatbelt or my music again!! I can go on & on about extras he has done to my rides and then refuse to charge me more than what we originally spoke about for what I dropped the vehicle off for!!! Arthur has proven over and over again that he is not just a reliable hard working mechanic. He is honest and always is willing to go above & beyond to help anyone who comes to him!!! He is an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PERSON that is rare to find!!! So sorry for the essay!!!If I could give him 10 stars I would!!! read more

So I will start by saying it's hard to find people that will treat things you own as if it was their own.... but at this shop you are treated like family and your vehicle is also Aruthur ( shop owner) vehicle and that's exactly like he works on it and will tell you what your car needs so that you are running like the first day it came off the lot. My first experience came off a referral and I'm glad I listened my car was making a hissing noise and it was coming from the suspension so I just knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and the Mercedes dealership quoted me a kidney lol. So I was just looking to save a few dollars by going outside of the dealer and boy am I glad I landed here it turned out it was just a small filter in the air suspension and author took care of it at no charge which is very rare these days , if he wanted he could've easily charge me a few hours in the shop labor but did not and I'm so grateful for that. after my first encounter I've been hooked ever since, so a few weeks ago someone hit me in the back and I instantly knew who to take my baby to and it was Arthur. Arthur handled my insurance company even when they're trying to be cheap and was a true advocate for me and made sure my baby was back to new!! I can't even begin to list everything he did and let's just say he went WAY above and beyond for me and exceeded all my expectations. I told him what was needing to be done and he said to bring it by first thing the following morning. Once I arrived, he was super helpful and told me he would call me later on in the day with what he think needs to be done and an estimate. Later that afternoon he called me and explained what he was going to do and gave me as estimate. My truck was ready later on the following day since I had a relatively extensive servicing done. Just a warning to those who would want to bring their car serviced. I travel a lot and have several cars in Vegas , I brought in my Cadillac and Bentley several months ago for repair and the condition of the cars became worst. ( can't go into detail case is still being investigated) After consulting with my lawyers we had to bring the cars to a reliable dealership to fix the damage that this garage A2Z had done. I was told that I was scammed by this place. Apparently numerous lawsuits have been filled against this place. Better bring your car somewhere else.
