They came out to my residence quickly and replaced a faulty crankshaft sensor on my 2004 CLK500, saving me the hassle and cost of a tow. Their pricing was extremely cheap and completely transparent -- I saved over $1,000 compared to what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. Their service advisor, Karina, was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the technician's arrival. They gave me a 3-hour window and delivered right on time with impressive punctuality. Overall, I highly recommend Miguel's Mobile Mechanic to anyone looking for honest, low-cost, and reliable service for their vehicle. Exceptional experience from start to finish!

Naturally, they discovered a few other issues and were eager to have them fixed at their shop as soon as possible. I reached out to Roadside Wrench, and Jonathan promptly arrived at my place the next day. Jonathan worked efficiently and completed the job in no time. Findlay Honda, however, attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount for this minor repair.

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D

I've been to this location several times in the past two months starting from oil change to necessary car repairs. I have an older vehicle and can safely say I can transition from the dealer to this location. I did have some leaking of oil after some work but this was easily recovered as they brought me in the next day and even compensated me for the issue. The price seems to be competitive compared to other places. As someone who doesn't know cars, I can sure say I felt heard and understood here. Paul and Devin were especially helpful. Back manager was also excellent! 5/5 stars

I took my car to them because my dashboard lights went out, which I explained to DEVIN at the front desk (neve r seen him before) but no the less I was not worried.... until DEVIN called and I quote "Calling to get your permission to fix your hose" .... Me:???????? DEVIN, "yes, your hose(coolant) needs to be replaced because it's missing" Me: when did it go missing? did it evaporate, I JUST dropped it off. and dhow much will MY permission cost???? DEVIN: $1300 and that doesn't include the Labor. Me: well, you guys usually send pics to my email detailing what needs to be fixed and what was discovered. DEVIN: well, for some reason we can't get the car started to do a diagnostic, and if you can't afford it I can send you a link for apply for a loan, it gives you 90 days to pay it off, which should be enough time for you, or you can come with a tow truck. Long story short, I DID NOT give DEVIN permission to have the work done on my car. and when I arrived my car was magically sitting out of the garage with my COOLANT HOSE DETACHED FROM THE COOLANT TANK!!!! WHICH WAS NOT DEATACHED WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF!!!!! AND I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR A DIAGNOSTIC $224.00 AFTER DEVIN TELLING ME THAT THEY COULD NOT DO ONE!!!!!! NO MORE SUN AUTO FOR ME!....EVER!!!!!!!! :( p.s. doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

That's all I can…read morethink of to try to empathize and understand why he would treat me and my fiancee the way he did. I will do my best to be impartial and lay out the facts, but I'll be honest when I say that it does anger me to remember that I put my fiancee through this experience back in August. To begin, his communication is not clear in the slightest. I had to keep asking questions to gain clarity, and it seemed like I annoyed him by asking questions. He would often respond with one word responses or include ellipsis (...). When we met for the diagnosis, I shook his hand and gave a big smile. I asked if I could get him a drink or help him with anything as it was a hot August day. He hardly made eye contact with me and didn't smile. He figured out the issue with my car and I paid him $80 cash for the diagnosis (a reasonable/average price). Though he wasn't the kindest to me, I was already in for the diagnosis fee which he said goes towards labor, so I decided to move forward with labor. We spoke on the phone for a little when I asked him what his availability is for the labor, and how much it might cost. He said verbatim, "I don't know like $400?" and struggled to give me a day for availability, so I offered to give him a moment to think about it and text me when he figures it out. In text on Yelp I asked him what his hourly labor rate is to which he replied $120/hr. The day he is available I am working, but he says that's fine and that he can work on it while I'm at work. He shows up to do the work and he seems to be in a worse mood than the first time. I ask if I can get him anything before I leave for work, but he says no with his back turned towards me. I introduce him to my fiancee so she can assist him with anything he might need. While I'm at work, she's texting me that he's making her feel uncomfortable, so I tell her he might be having a bad day and ask her to bring him a cold drink. She does. He asks to use the bathroom so she takes him to our apartment's community restroom. He comments on the quality of the apartments and that they must be expensive. Uh oh. Time for payment. I'm at work so I'm not able to respond very quickly, but I ask him how much I owe him, to which he says $400. At $120/hr, the math didn't add up. He demands $400 and says he said that's how much it was on the phone. Will someone please explain in what world I ask for his hourly rate if it was clear to me that it was going to be a flat $400? We spoke on the phone a little to which he starts yelling and cussing at me while I'm just trying to gain some clarity on this obvious misunderstanding. My fiancee is texting me that she is extremely uncomfortable being around him, so to avoid any further issues or discomfort, I tell him I will pay what he is demanding. I tell him I will send him $320 to which he starts raging at me again. When he calms down a little I explained that he originally told me on Yelp that the diagnostic fee will go towards the labor. He reluctantly accepts after checking our Yelp conversation. I send my fiancee down one last time with the money in cash (to be nice because I know he's not claiming any of this on his taxes). I apologize for the misunderstanding, even though I still think the misunderstanding was his fault within his poor communication and customer service. He says "lose my number" after he still got what he demanded for. Screenshots attached. I am giving him 2 stars because the work he did was great. The part he installed has held up and is still working great to this day. Thank you for your service. If you were going through something personal then, I hope things have turned around for the better. All love!

If you are considering using Meineke read my review first. It is very clear the two locations in my…read morereview along with their General Manager and Corporate office do not care about the service they provide or more importantly the safety of their customers. On 1/15 I went to the location on Boulder Hwy 89015 because my brakes felt squishy after a brake replacement not done with Meineke. I'm told I can do a brake flush to see if that will help if there is any air in my brakes. Hours later I received a phone call by Casey that my brake master cylinder needs to be replaced. I get my car back 1/23 Casey tells me that it's good to go. He said my brake booster might need to be replaced but it drove fine and if the brake booster was going bad the brake would feel stiff. On my way home I felt the brakes become squishy again like it was sinking. I stopped at another Meineke on my way home at the St Rose location. The manager gets in the car with me, he is driving. He states the start felt off but not bad. When we returned to the shop he opened the hood and made a comment about the brake fluid. He looks at the brake and gas pedal and there is what appears to be brake fluid coming down the pedal to the point that I am leaving tracks as I'm walking. The store manager calls the Casey at the other location then the GM who is the GM for both location. I am told I need a new brake booster, my brakes did not feel like Casey had said it would feel if needing to be replaced. The store manager at St Rose tells me they will only charge me at cost for the part and for some labor. Ultimately the total is $1500 after I had just spent close to $1700 at the Henderson location. So far I've spent $3200. I get my car back 1/30. I had called for days prior to 1/30 and I was told they needed someone to come adjust my brakes. Once I get my car on 1/30 the brakes still did not feel much different and there was an audible sound when I pressed the brakes to push start. The next day on my way to work on the freeway my brake malfunction light comes on and I am having difficulty stopping. I eventually get to BMW. BMW checks my car and states my brakes had been adjusted incorrectly and there was AIR in the brake line. On two occasions I was returned my keys and told I was good to go when on the first place brake fluid was running down my pedal. And on the second occasion there was air in my brake line and my brakes were adjusted incorrectly. I paid the Boulder Hwy to flush my brake lines so how was there still air in my brakes? My life and the life of others were put at risk TWICE. After submitting a complaint Corey the GM contacts me and after a few conversations he says he will reimbursement the brake flush that was never done. I never received the reimbursement and Corey stopped responding to my emails. I feel I was scammed at the Boulder HWY location since the initial diagnosis of the bleeding the brakes was never done and I was still charged for it. Clearly the master cylinder was not the issue as the issue continued after it was replaced. I had to spend additional money at BMW to correct the adjustment that was done at the St. Rose location, this whole experience with Meineke has been a nightmare. Update- Thank you for your response. I'm sure you can understand why I do not feel comfortable speaking with the locations where I had such a negative experience. The general manager at both locations has repeatedly given me the runaround and ultimately ignored my emails. If your team genuinely wants to address and resolve the poor customer service I experienced, I would appreciate being provided with a different point of contact. Continuing to direct me back to individuals who have not taken any action is not a productive solution. Thank you for your understanding.
