In the process of moving and needed to shred months of paper build up. When I found this place on Yelp I was stoked. It was close by, reasonably priced, and I could watch them shred my documents (you never know these days). While the hours of operation are a little difficult to work around (10am - 4pm & no weekends) I decided to give it a try. Better than trying to shred all that junk mail with my dinky at home shredder. I showed up at the facility yesterday about 10-15 minutes before closing thinking, based on prior Yelp reviews, that it wouldn't be a problem. WRONG! The gentleman there told me that they shut off the machines around 3:45pm in order to clean them and that I could either leave my stuff with him to shred the next day or I could return the next morning at 10am when they opened. The whole purpose of me choosing this shredding facility over others was so that I could watch my items being shredded so leaving them there wasn't even an option in my mind. I decided to come back the following day as early as I could get there and I left feeling mislead by previous Yelp reviews. Went back to the shop this afternoon. When I got there the same gentleman from the previous day was inside already working on a waiting customer's order and he had a second customer waiting in the wings. He came out and told me that I could either wait for him to finish or come back in 20-30 minutes. I opted to wait. Due to some confusion/miscommunication he took my order prior to another waiting customer's order and this other customer was just not having that. This customer suddenly got a little saucy with him and I immediately felt bad for the poor guy. He took my bags of papers, got me shredded and out of there in about 10 minutes. All in all, not bad, and for the record someone did come by while I was there to drop off papers to shred so my not wanting to leave my stuff there is purely my own paranoia. Highly recommend - super accommodating and friendly. I was confused by the operating hours because depending on where you look online, they are either 6:30-2:30 or 9:00-5:00 (it's really 6:30-2:30). So when I showed up at 3:00 (after thinking they were closed when I drove by at 6:30), the guy who was there still took time to take my papers and photos since I was fine with leaving them and not needing to watch them be shredded. He didn't have to do that - and saved me another trip on another day. I will be back! read more

This place is amazing!! I had about 5 boxes of years of papers that needed to be shredded and she finished in less than 10 minutes!! A huge weight is off my shoulders! And it only cost me $30!!! Fast and friendly service for a great price. Man came to my truck and unloaded four heavy banker's boxes into his dolly and took them to the shredder. I watched documents being shredded - Took about 5 minutes a box. One thing - This is not maximum security cross shredding - but should do for most needs. These guys are the best. I literally rolled up during business hours with a trunk full of personal/business boxes to shred and a pocket full of cash. Need that. They charged me $5.00 a box and shredded everything fast and efficiently while I watched from a video screen. They returned my boxes (they asked first), then gave me a receipt and I was out of there pronto. HIGHLY recommend.
