There was no way I could physically be there to transport her to her appointment at 6AM due to my work schedule. I called and spoke to the owner, texted the contact information and destination and got a text confirming and stating when the car would arrive. Then I got another call identifying the car and met up with the driver. This was one of the easiest to use car services. Credit cards are accepted and tips are encouraged.
