I called him after having dealt with a ripoff company called Fidelity Locksmith (I just wrote a detailed review of what happened over on Fidelity's page). Wish I'd checked here first. A1A 24/7 Locksmith is, as everyone else on here says, just outstanding and heads WAY above the rest. He wasn't able to do the type of automatic car key I needed, so he kept me on the phone with him while he called some people, and then gave me the personal cell phone number of a guy who he said could do it for me, and said he would make sure he gave me a really good price, which he did. Nathan showed up, on time and ready to go. He got it done quickly, even with the bent lock he was re-keying. Got two locks re-keyed (same key for both locks) and four keys, all for $69. My house was burglarized over the holidays and I needed to have my locks changed. I called Nathan to get a quote for re-keying 12 locks in my house after receiving a quote from another locksmith for $2,500. Nathan warned me that they were trying to rip me off. Our front door lock had seen better days but we kept ignoring the problem until my daughter's key broke off in half inside the mechanism. It was already late in the day and now I had to start calling around to find someone who could come out for a reasonable price. I asked if they could meet me after work at 5pm, then had to call and ask to push it to 5:30 due to traffic and they were understanding and pleasant about the change. What was originally thought to be a quick removal of the broken key turned into a bigger deal since the lock was really not in good shape so it took much more time to get everything back in working order.
