Already a little pricy, but hopefully they should be good. What we received was 18 of the 24 wings being these insanely dry bites of chicken on a stick. What a joke. The cole slaw should be listed as a soup also. Disgusting place, pretty upset we waited over an hour and half for the delivery and now have to find something else for dinner. read more

I'm so disappointed We had been eyeing this place on DoorDash for a while, and were eager to place our first order. Last night we had 10 pc chicken strips with fries, an order of baked Mac n cheese, and an order of fried mushrooms.... Some of my favorite foods! When adding items to our cart, we thought they were priced a bit high (the side of Mac alone was $10, and the total bill was $45 for an entree and two sides ) but I assumed they would be hefty portions and went on with it. When our food arrived, to our dismay, the chicken was overcooked and bone dry (as were the fries), the mushrooms had very little flavor with soggy breading, and the order of Mac n cheese, while it tasted okay, WAS SO SMALL!! I was shocked at how small it was for being $10... It seemed as if this food had been sitting under a heating lamp for literal HOURS before it ever left the restaurant - one of the chicken strips was SO overcooked that it crumbled when my husband took a bite. Ordered online and opted to pickup. I didn't realize this is inside of a kwik stop mart. Whatever. The best places are holes in the wall. This one is ok. Do not. And I repeat DO NOT get the fried mushrooms. They were disgusting. The flavor was horrible. Bland and mushy. Bad. Bad. Bad. The wings. They were pretty good. I ordered a blackened dry rub but I think it was more lemony. Either way. That was my favorite. Some were a little burnt but I like my wings crispy. The buffalo medium was good. I come here regularly! At least once a week for falafel. Falafels always good and ingredients are always fresh. I'm so disappointed in this place. But not bc of the food. I'd frequent this place about 3x/month for their wings and fries. Call in my order over the phone, go pick it up, easy peasy. However, when I most recently called in to place my order, the cook who answered the phone accused me of calling in an order that I never picked up, and said "you'd send your boyfriend in here to pick up your food sometimes". (1) I don't have a boyfriend. (2) I've never sent anyone in to pick up my food. But the cook insisted on going back and forth w/ me about it. But, I placed my order that day anyway. When I get to the place to pick up my food, it wasn't even made yet (most likely bc he didn't believe I was coming in), so I had to wait even longer for my food to be prepared. And, when I got there and tried to clarify that "hey, it's me, don't you recognize me from all the times I come in?", he still treated me like I was lying to him. It's $11 worth of food, what is there to lie about? Smh it just felt like another way to demean a black woman and, yet again, make us feel as if we're not trustworthy. This is the first time we've ordered from RNTLatenight.com. My wife ordered the fried shrimp...shrimp bring the operative term. The shrimp were small enough to be popcorn shrimp and they were burnt....way over fried. I ordered a meatball sub. Before I got to the end, the bread was so hard and stale that it crumbled onto my plate. The meatballs were dry and there was very little sauce. The jalapeno peppers, fries and onion rings were, obviously, pre-frozen and all looked and tasted like they came from the frozen section at Publix. The place is very sketchy to begin with. It was midnight on a Pandemic Friday and I was hungry and in search of food. I found this spot and was so excited. When I arrived, the owner or cook came out and was yelling at a customer to drop the food in the ground. The customer finally dropped the foodon the ground and drove off. I'm not sure what happened but it was scary. Then i ordered my food and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, i got my food. The fries were amazing but the chicken was uncooked. My friends and I ordered from here on the last night of our vacation. We ordered 2 orders of 8 piece wings both with 2 different flavors. We also ordered 5 ranch between all of us and had to pay extra for all of them. We get our order delivered, there is only 2 ranch (we like our ranch). Both of our wings only have one sauce. We called the restaurant and the only thing they are willing to do is refund us 3 dollars for the ranch. $3!!!! That's it!! No apology and no help what so ever!! We paid $15 each for 8 wings. Worst customer service ever. The lady that works here does not know a thing about retaining customers. The lemon pepper wings are ok. Really just tastes like oil and pepper. What I do like about them is the food taste like it was cooked in fresh grease. Other than that I'm not returning here. Okay this review is actually for B.C.T.P.P. burgers - I just got in late from Sacramento and was craving a burger.. I ordered the mushroom onion and jalapeño burger and it was literally the best burger OF MY LIFE. The bun was delicious, the burger was cooked PERFECTLY, so juicy and flavorful and the onions mushrooms and jalapeños just topped it off. I wish you guys had these in Sacramento!!! SO GOOD!!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered $70+ worth of food for delivery. Very little of our order was correct. We paid extra money for extra ranch that was not delivered. HALF of our wing ordered was totally wrong. The restaurant REFUSED to issue a refund nor did they replace the food, even after calling them and requesting them to fix it multiple times. I guess they did not want to be bothered by driving back. On top of that, it took well over an hour and a half to even receive the order, so by the time it arrived we were all super hungry. No way could we wait another hour and a half for them to bring the right food (not that they even offered to do that). Further, the food was just mediocre. I've had much better wings before. Well, the wings were soggy. The onion rings and fries were soggy too. The meatballs weren't soggy but that's not something that can get soggy, thank goodness. Was disappointed by the quality of the food. I got a sandwich on a six inch roll and all of the meat and toppings were only on half of the roll.
