Sat here had a meal after a long time. The last time we sat there was when A1 would let customers buy a Thali and let you eat at the restaurant. From the time they started buffet we just do takeout. So this time we took 2 two item combos and 1 one item combo with a Samosa Chaat. This not only prevents us from eating mindlessly but also eat as soon as it served rather than eat at home within containers and also perhaps be a little more economical. The family had Palak Paneer and Malai Kofta, a Mixed Vegetables and Mutter Paneer and the third one with just Cumin Potatoes (one of the four item that is marked as Vegan) The 2 two item were with Naans and the one item with Rotis without butter to make it vegan. The Samosa Chaat also without the Green Spicy Chutney as it has yogurt to make it Vegan. The Cumin Potatoes were too dry to eat and gets to you after a couple of bites. Will stick Chole or Daal the next time. The items fresh and perfectly spiced - not too spicy and not overly seasoned as many Indian Restaurants are. The naans were soft and hot. The way family likes it. The Rotis came out nice and hot and were soft. Did we like the food, sure. Did we save some money? A bit. Could have paid a few extra dollars and had a larger variety of food, however on the downside would have gained a couple of pounds and regretted at night. Overall I am glad we ate what we did.

This updated review is solely on customer service on recent visit after months. 2 stars for still great tasting food. Waited to order with 2 more customers to pay while we watched 3 staff guys chatting right in front of us. When they were done and ready to take my order of 1 buffet for me and 1 combo for husband for eat in, He says you cannot. we have a new policy. I see it on menu and the guy would not clearly explain this " policy" I am still unclear on new policies but from what staff explained same table cannot order buffet and chana bhatura combo? If I want to, I have to sit on separate table???? Lol really.. Neways told him just charge for 2 buffets and do bhatura for 1 instead of naan which is acceptable. After 10 mins in buffet and again watching these 3 chatting called one of them requesting for naan and bhatura. His reply did I order Naan? Well what does your buffet include or new policy?? He came back with 4 pieces for 2 of us as a favour and for the price on weekend very very disappointed!! Been a long time understanding sincere customer but this is not acceptable!!!!

I was here during lunch hours on a Saturday and found the place quite crowded. The folks seemed to be unclear about how to manage stuff efficiently and the service gets slow. The food is good - they have have chaats as well as the buffet and there are several options. The prices are reasonable and that draws the crowd to the place. Seems like they have a constant flow of regular customers and don't care to address the service issue. Overall, it's a good place if you are wanting Indian vegetarian options.

The worst samosas in town - expensive, tasteless (no salt) and then to top it off unapologetic poor customer service . Never again.

Excellent punjabi food. And more importantly, its not expensive at all. You can have a nice punjabi meal in the price of a sub!

The worst possible Indian food that you can get. Even the cheapest Indian restaurant in Brampton has better food. Will never ever go again.

I've always been completely satisfied with this place and I'm glad they survived the pandemic…read more I must confess that I've not engaged in any experimentation here and have always stuck with the Chicken 65 and the Lamb Pepper Fry Biryani Promise to try more stuff on their menu if what I've been ordering so far is anything to go by PS: When I went to pick up my food yesterday I was told (and I saw) that they are renovating their entire interior but will be back open for in house dining soon They are also going to be renaming themselves: Tikka Talk Well, so far their food has been talking very eloquently

All around internet they call them self…read moreas "Hyderabad Briyani House", but their name tag in the location is "Oakville Briyani House" not sure why they can't follow single naming. Coming to the food, today I tried Panner Masakali & Veggie Briyani. In their menu Panner masakali was tagged as chef special & I expected to much I believe. All I tasted in that was Panner + capsicum pepper tossed with turmeric. Next on the Briyani, thou Briyani tastes good only if it's non veg one. I have tasted many veggies Briyani of Hyderabad style and never this bad. Even the Briyani tasted like a turmeric rice. on top of this I made mistake of getting mango Lassi. Which didn't have any flavor of mango , thou it had yellow color may be because of turmeric & it hardly had any sweet taste. Hardly fullfied my expectations for a restaurant claiming Hyderabad cuisine. The 2 star is also for the speed of service. Definitely this a place I may not visit anytime soon. People who expect authentic Indian food may dislike this place

I can't ever recall a time when I can honestly say I've had good customer service. They take forever to acknowledge you even if it's dead, their backs will literally be turned against you or they will be on their phones behind the counter and until you say something or they finally decide to look up, good luck getting their attention. The door literally makes a sound when you walk in but they refuse to acknowledge it. I get the vibe that they don't even like their job, or just dealing with people, which at times I can understand because I work in food service as well but at least smile or say hi? I almost feel like I need to apologize for ordering food because I'm met with nothing but a scowl. Hot food also takes FOREVER to come out-- unless you're ordering thali or dessert; today I ordered just paneer paratha and tell me why it took 20 minutes. There was only one other customer but other than that it was completely dead when I ordered. Now I've only ever purchased takeout from here so I can't speak for dine in experience but the same employees who work at the counter are the same ones I see waiting tables so one can imagine how service might be in that setting. It's a shame because the restaurant is so vibrant and beautiful, and the food is BOMB but the staff just kind of ruins the vibe. I'm still going to order but I hope some attitude changes are made in the future so nobody has to experience that kind of service. Side note, their gajar ka halwa is the best I've ever had. Definitely give it a try if you stop by.

I'd say this version has more character than others I've had. It's closer to Karahi Point's than most Indian places'. The rice was delicious, I have no qualms with it. My only thing is that I prefer a richer butter chicken. But it's a great value for money.

During our stay, we noticed individuals coming in and out for take-out therefore, the kitchen was kept busy with varying orders. The restaurant itself was large, and as we were told, a bar and event space was being built in the back for larger groups. Upon entering, we were greeted by a kind server, whom showed us to a table of our choosing. Since we were the only diners in the restaurant, we chose to sit in a large booth, which accommodated all four of us nicely. As we entered the restaurant, we noticed how beautiful the decor was, and how nice it smelled! Two very important points that we were blown away by. Upon sitting in the booth, we settled on two orders of butter chicken with plain naan and rice. We also decided on a thali, which had lentils, butter chicken, paneer with butter chicken sauce, yogurt, rice with vegetables, and gulab jamun for dessert. We only had to wait about 12 minutes for our food to arrive, at which point, we were starving, and looking forward to eating. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything tasted. The portion sizes were large, and very well-portioned for each item. We also liked how the naan was included with the thali, and how generous the server was in providing extra water at all times. Our server came over to check on us as we were dining, commenting positively on the type of food that we had chosen. Considering how spacious the restaurant was, along with the inviting ambiance, top-notch service, and appetizing food, we were surprised to see it so quiet. Please fill this restaurant to capacity, as it is beyond amazing, and deserves to be given a chance! Will definitely come back when I'm in the area!
