He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. So they may have quoted me high because they didn't want the job or they use unicorn paint. They were transparent and upfront about the cost and quick to respond, so I'll give them that.
