$195.00 Service fee, they don't tell you ahead of time. When you ask about it in the office you deal with rude people

It is not often that I provide…read morepositive feedback on a company, usually only when something goes wrong with my experience. I wanted to take the time today to comment on the service I received from Wells Unlimited. I returned from a week's vacation in Florida to a house with no water. I called them in the morning after I could not get in touch with anyone from other companies that were recommended. They not only had someone there to answer the phone (unlike the other companies where I had to leave a message on an answering machine), but put me in touch with a service manager. They scheduled someone to come out that day and not only fixed the problem (a broken well pump) but also checked over the rest of the system to make sure it was all working properly. Through the entire process they were professional, pleasant and made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome and understood what was happening. To top it off, it cost less than the estimate. The following day, I lost my water pressure and I was worried that they had made a mistake or something else was going to cost me more money. When I called, the field service manager was in the field and I couldn't talk to him. He promptly returned my call and had me check a few things before they sent someone out. It turned out it was something simple that they had told us about the day before that we forgot to check (the sediment filter was plugged due to the pump changing). But they were more than willing to send someone out. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again and have already told all my neighbors, friends and family.

It was extremely high in iron causing severe stains and the inability to drink the water. We also had problems with the well running dry constantly. We finally got a second mortgage to fix the problems. We brought in someone to put in a filtering system. I did not have a good feeling about this company, but we moved forward at a cost of $5,000 plus. The well running dry constantly stopped the filtering system dead in its tracks. When we talked to the filter system company they said for another $5,000 we can arrange to have your well re-dug. I put my foot down and said NO. We contacted Wells Unlimited in Standish, Maine in a total panic and explained the situation. They were cool, calm and very professional and said "here is what we can do for you". Immediately they had someone down to re-dig the well at a fraction of the previous quote. They inspected all systems, tank, filters and well pump. Wells Unlimited is now maintaining my filter system and I wouldn't want anyone else to touch it. This company will far exceed your expectations as well. I totally agree with everything Rich S has said in his comments. This company is definitely a five star company in all aspects. They know how to take very good care of their customers.

I happened to be recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. I was in a motorcycle crash that resulted in a complete tear of my subscapularis. I had finished my PT, but I was suffering from a really bad AC joint impingement and I was faced with possibly having to get a second surgery. Wendy was able to figure out that the impingement was due to muscles in my shoulder being shut down, due to the trauma of the accident and the surgery. She is very skilled in applied kinesiology and thoroughly tested every individual muscle in my shoulder joint and rotator cuff and made the right adjustments and worked the right trigger points to get them all working. Over the course of a few weeks my shoulder began functioning properly and the impingement and pain is now gone. Wendy really knows what she's doing. Thanks to her treatment I managed to avoid a second surgery and my shoulder is on track to a full recovery. She is an amazing healer with an incredible. skill set to help people with a diverse range of problems. We are lucky to have her here :)

"Potential buyers have a right to know." I had leased the property at 7 Sienna Lane in Windham,…read moreMaine from August 2016 to November 2017. Prior to leaving the 7 Sienna Lane condo in Windham, Maine, I notified the owner Real Estate Broker / Kris Allen that the condo was tested for "MOLD", and the levels were significantly above 25, 000 mold spores per cube meter, The "Ceiling Limit / Unacceptable" for Airborne Fungi Sampling per the "Summary of Worldwide Standards for Mold Exposures" states that: Total mold spore levels in excess of 25,000 mold spores per cubic meter can produce allergic symptoms in a considerable percentage of the population. Extremely sensitive people could have severe, life-threatening symptoms. I am curious as to why you as a Broker/Owner, when asked per the "Property Disclosure " on Page 3 where it says "MOLD- Has the property ever been tested for mold?' You had the option to select YES, NO, or UNKNOWN and you selected "NO". The next question asked: "If YES, are test results available?" You marked "NO". On the Property Disclosure under "KNOWN MATERIAL DEFECTS about Physical Condition and/or value of the Property, including those that may have an adverse impact on health/safety: Kris ALLEN- you answered "None Known". Now given the fact that you, KRIS ALLEN as well as your dad RALPH VANCE with RALPH VANCE LAND DEVELOPMENT were notified by me by phone and text, and you supposedly also had 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine tested by an Air Quality company and had a MOLD REMEDIATION CO., there at 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine....Why would you answer "NO" regarding "MOLD". The potential buyers have a right to know the mold was / or is in 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine. Now let's talk about the fact that 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine also had RADON GAS as well, at a level of 9.2 and 9.3. The US EPA has set an action level of 4. pCi/L. At or above this level of radon, the EPA recommends you take corrective measures to reduce your exposure to radon gas. Radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. That's right, you read this correctly, NOT ONLY DID YOU EXPOSE ME AND MY DOG TO MOLD, AND MYCOTOXINS, but RADON GAS as well. My DOG WAS KILLED IN THAT TOXIC DUMP AND YOU KNEW ABOUT THE MOLD THE WHOLE TIME. As a Real Estate Broker, I find this disturbing that this isn't being disclosed to potential buyers. Buyers or Renters beware!

Go to pine state instead and save your money! Also dont be fooled by the response below. Like I said they are trying to make themselves look good and cover it up. They say they did there job by saying they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution to fix the issue. Well its not hard to diagnose an issue when it is clearly snapped off in front of you. The solution they offered, "sry we cant fix this, please call and schedule an appointment, we wont be able to come back until the end of july, or you can hire someone else to replace the whole T-set if you need water sooner." Pine state had my water back in 10 minutes! Needless to say they are very unprofessional and rude. Heres my story below. Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an emergency plumbing issue and called this company after my T-joint broke. They arrived and spent about 15 minutes attempting to fix it, then stepped outside to take a 20-minute phone call. When they returned, they said they needed a tool that had been left in another company van back at their office. They came back roughly 40 minutes later, only to tell me they didn't have the correct fitting. The next morning, they returned, spent about five more minutes on the issue, and then told me they couldn't complete the repair because they had another job to get to. I was told I could either schedule an appointment for a month out or find another company to do the work. When I called to express my concerns, the front desk staff refused to offer a partial refund and still charged me $265 for what amounted to almost no service. Shockingly, during the call, the front desk woman made a highly inappropriate and offensive remark related to my son's passing something she must have looked up online. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this company there are plenty of reliable and respectful local alternatives. Not only that but then they had the audacity to respond and assume and accuse me of using my sons death as a means to save money. Also telling someone who lost someone let alone a child that its been 4 years since your loss!!!! Really. What are you saying? To get over it. Honestly this company is under poor management. You guys told me the price and I agreed to it yes, I told you financially I was struggling, asked to see if you had any discounts, and you said no. Most of the time spent was them driving back and forth and on the phone. I asked for partial payment back, not a full refund but couldn't even get that, just the manager telling me she google searched my name and said my son died 4 years ago and its not her problem? All I said was I was going through financial problems and still recovering from the loss of my son, greif is not something you get over in 4 years! There is a clear tattoo on my arm that started the conversation with the techs. Stop lying and trying to cover up the fact that you messed up this time and someone is standing up for themselves. I hope you have a good day!
