Emily's energy put me at ease right away, and this feeling only deepened during the session. She listened carefully to what I was hoping to uncover, and created a very safe container through meditation and visualization. I was blown away by the gentle process and what we were able to uncover in just one session together. The connections I was able to make between present day problems and my childhood experience were incredibly powerful. I felt buoyant and liberated after our session, and I'm still experiencing the lasting effects of the exploration we did together. Highly recommend working with Emily if you are looking for a gentle guide to support your journey into yourself and emerge with a greater understanding of your inner landscape.

I have tried everything…read moreavailable over my lifetime including fad diets, pills, therapy, fasting and two bariatric surgeries. Despite my best efforts I have consistently regained weight loss. I had convinced myself that I would have to live with my excess weight and related health issues. A friend referred me to Maria Glad. I was somewhat sceptical that my experience would be another dead end. I couldn't have been more mistaken. Maria has vast experience in nutritional and weight loss counseling. She is a great "symptom detective" She identified that I had dairy intolerance that had caused years of unhealthy gut health. Since eliminating dairy from my diet I am symptom free! Maria has supported my Ketogenic Lifestyle and provides great coaching as I continue to make progress towards my long term goals. The most significant goal so far is that I no longer have type 2 diabetes and am off all anti-diabetic medications. I'm confident that I will be successful in achieving my goals for the first time in years. Maria also referred me to physical therapy which has made a significant improvement in fitness and mobility. I highly recommend Glad Health for anyone looking for nutritional and or weight loss counseling. Tina S

After December 2016 you will PAY UP FRONT and then go argue with your insurance company. Although…read moreas of the 11/16/16 their website still indicates they accept insurances that they no longer work with. A "new patient $45.00 fee" was instituted AFTER I made my first appt. They said they would see me weekly for the first 8 weeks but after week 3 they went to every other week citing that was "ok with the program". Really it was because they were not getting full reimbursement from my insurer. After these changes were implemented in October and November 2016 then two of the doctors: Whiting and Ciderna "retired and wanted to pursue other endeavors" respectively. Later I found out that Dr Weisburg and his previous partner had a falling out and that was the dissolution of the predecessor to this Center. Not only was this news delivered via email from Christopher Mosunic, the new mental health professional who happens to also be the new VP of Operations. If Chris is truly invested as a mental health professional then they might consider a conflict of interest to also be the person making the fiscal decisions that effect their patients. Finally, the staff is unhappy and you can see it/hear it/feel it. They give about 15 minutes tops to ask questions with no follow up whatsoever. For example: "Did you follow your diet?" So I say, "Yes, but I am bored with the selections. Can we write out a plan?" the response is, "No, but I can give you a recipe." This is the level of expertise in weight management that I was offered. If the above is not enough the deter you from this please note is no dietician or nutritionist on staff. And there is no dedicated, independent mental health professional like LCSW, LCPC, or Psyc D on staff. The good news is that if you read this far, you know that across town anew10.com does the same weight loss program. (This is Dr Weisburg's former business partner). They do the medically management weight loss program without the stress of the above impediments to participation.
