"Potential buyers have a right to know." I had leased the property at 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine from August 2016 to November 2017. Prior to leaving the 7 Sienna Lane condo in Windham, Maine, I notified the owner Real Estate Broker / Kris Allen that the condo was tested for "MOLD", and the levels were significantly above 25, 000 mold spores per cube meter, The "Ceiling Limit / Unacceptable" for Airborne Fungi Sampling per the "Summary of Worldwide Standards for Mold Exposures" states that: Total mold spore levels in excess of 25,000 mold spores per cubic meter can produce allergic symptoms in a considerable percentage of the population. Extremely sensitive people could have severe, life-threatening symptoms. I am curious as to why you as a Broker/Owner, when asked per the "Property Disclosure " on Page 3 where it says "MOLD- Has the property ever been tested for mold?' You had the option to select YES, NO, or UNKNOWN and you selected "NO". The next question asked: "If YES, are test results available?" You marked "NO". On the Property Disclosure under "KNOWN MATERIAL DEFECTS about Physical Condition and/or value of the Property, including those that may have an adverse impact on health/safety: Kris ALLEN- you answered "None Known". Now given the fact that you, KRIS ALLEN as well as your dad RALPH VANCE with RALPH VANCE LAND DEVELOPMENT were notified by me by phone and text, and you supposedly also had 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine tested by an Air Quality company and had a MOLD REMEDIATION CO., there at 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine....Why would you answer "NO" regarding "MOLD". The potential buyers have a right to know the mold was / or is in 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine. Now let's talk about the fact that 7 Sienna Lane in Windham, Maine also had RADON GAS as well, at a level of 9.2 and 9.3. The US EPA has set an action level of 4. pCi/L. At or above this level of radon, the EPA recommends you take corrective measures to reduce your exposure to radon gas. Radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. That's right, you read this correctly, NOT ONLY DID YOU EXPOSE ME AND MY DOG TO MOLD, AND MYCOTOXINS, but RADON GAS as well. My DOG WAS KILLED IN THAT TOXIC DUMP AND YOU KNEW ABOUT THE MOLD THE WHOLE TIME. As a Real Estate Broker, I find this disturbing that this isn't being disclosed to potential buyers. Buyers or Renters beware! read more
