The people who work there are extremely rude, give their customers bad attitude, harass, and don't communicate with other employees. I would not recommend this rent a center to even my own enemies. read more
We love the couch we got from there. We even paid the insurance weekly for any rips or tears it could be replaced. Well we have been calling an calling for months about a replacement cushion that has a tear in it an we started asking about it before we paid off our couch an here we are months later it's paid off getting told weekly there just waiting on Ashley furniture. This is beyond frustrating an by the time will get the cushion it isn't gonna match the rest of the couch from al wear an tear. I would not recommend buying from them cause they can't follow thru eith there obligations an if the problem is Ashley Furniture then maybe you need to go thru someone else if your telling your clients they do this alot. read more
