I email this guy with the court document, explain everything and ask can you serve them? Yes he says, politely!!! Ok great, my court case is in 5 weeks, we need to serve two weeks before. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing. I follow up very politely. He replies there's no case on the document so you need to file the complaint. ???? The case number was paper copy I had but Why didn't you tell me that day one? We went back and forth and it ended with him sending me this message. He doesn't give two shits about respect to his customers, so no need for him but thought you all should know. He said good luck, I don't need luck I just need competence and respect.
