Where do I begin, we have probably all used the big box stores for office product needs at some point for home or business. It may have been for a single item or a short term solution. Each of them do some things well, but not all things well. When I compare each of them to A-Z Office Resource here's some differences I found. A-Z customizes their business to the way the customer does business, instead of the other way around. Before, if I had an emergency, I would jump in my car or send somebody to one of the big box stores to make a purchase. Often times after driving all the way over there, they don't have it in stock. With A-Z, when I have an emergency, they come to me, they jump in their car or truck and come to me to help me with my problem instead of me going to them.
They are a locally owned company which is based here in Nashville where I live. I realize that doesn't matter to everyone, but it matters to me. I love doing business with local companies like them. Customers have their own dedicated sales person as well as a customer service department available during business hours. Their drivers are very helpful when delivering product and will deliver to a place of my choosing and not just our dock door. Makes a big difference when you're trying to move a 50 pound box of copy paper from one end of a building to the other. I can also get everything I need at one place, office products, office furniture, ink cartridges, janitorial and cleaning supplies, shipping supplies, even stamps and name plates. Although price isn't the only thing that matters to me, I find them very competitive price wise and they are always willing to work with me and negotiate when needed. This is just a short list of reasons I believe that A-Z is a far better option than any other company like it. They don't just sell me office products. They help me solve my office product needs.
